Открытый урок на тему "У врача". 5-й класс

Цели урока:

• Учебный аспект: формирование коммуникативных навыков, составление диалогического высказывания, активизация употребления ранее изученных лексических единиц и речевых оборотов; модального глагола SHOULD, словообразования в английском языке. Обучение чтению с полным пониманием прочитанного; письму.
• Развивающий аспект: развитие способности к коммуникабельности, самостоятельности, умению сотрудничать, к логическому изложению. Развитие логического мышления. Повышение мотивации к изучению языка.
• Воспитательный аспект: формирование чувства поддержки, взаимопомощи, вежливости.

Структура урока: обобщение и закрепление ранее изученного материала.

Оборудование: магнитофон, картинки по теме «У врача», атрибуты врача, мяч.

Ход урока

1 этап. Организационный.

Teacher: Good morning, dear children! I'm glad to see you. How are you today? I see you are fine. But sometimes you don't go to school. Why? (Possible answers: I am on holidays. I am ill. I've overslept). Who do you ask to come when you are ill? (The answer: a doctor). So today we are going to speak about illnesses and doctors.

2 этап. Фонетическая зарядка.

Teacher: Look at the blackboard and read out the words on the topic: «At the Doctor's» (Travelling, patient, voyage, businessman, stomachache, pain, suffer, training, cough, sneeze, prescribe, medicine, swallow, coach, wild, headache, temperature).

3 этап. Речевая зарядка. Игра с мячом. Используемая лексика: (have toothache, to fall ill, to have a headache, to be tired, a diet, to suffer from, to buy the medicine, to cough, to swallow, to prescribe, to sneeze, a pain, to examine, to feel ones pulse, to take ones temperature, to show a tongue).

Reciting a poem (Дети встают в круг, ходят по кругу, взявшись за руки, и рассказывают стихотворение по очереди).

4 этап. Физкультминутка.

Teacher: Some people live long lives and feel really well, some suffer from illnesses. What helps a person to keep fit, to remain healthy?( Possible answers: walking, eating healthy food, doing exercises. So let's do exercises. Игра «Be polite» (Выполняй команду только тогда,когда слышишь вежливое слово «please»)

5 этап. Закрепление грамматического материала. Словообразование. Игра «Who can make up new words?» ( Match halves of the words to find out the new ones).

6 этап. Составление диалогического высказывания по теме. Игра «At the Doctors»

Teacher: Dear children! Now one of you is a doctor and another is a sick person. Let's play!

Doctor: Good morning!

Patient: Good morning, Doctor!

Doctor: What's the matter with you?

Patient: I'm feeling bad. I'm coughing and sneezing. I have a high temperature.

Doctor: Open your mouth, please, show me your tongue. Now I'm going to feel your pulse and listen to your lungs. Oh, you've caught a cold! I'll prescribe you some medicine. You should take it a spoonful three times a day. You should stay in bed for a week. See you next Friday! Good bye!

Patient: Thank you, Doctor! Good bye!

7 этап. Закрепление лексического материала. Исполнение песни.

Teacher: But sometimes children don't want to see a doctor. Let's sing a song «Every time I have a headache».

8 этап. Обучение чтению:чтение с полным пониманием прочитанного.

Teacher: Read the text «Ronald is ill» to yourself and put the sentences in a logical order. These sentences are:

1. The Doctor's advice.
2. The mother's call to the doctor.
3. The weather on the football match day.
4. The doctor's visit.
5. Ronald's health at the end of the day.

9 этап. Обучение письму. Игра «Составь цепочку слов»

10 этап. Домашнее задание: give a short summary of the text.

11 этап. Подведение итогов, выставление оценок.

Teacher: Dear children! Our lesson is over. How did you like it? How do you feel? Are you tired? Thank you for your work! Good bye!
