Divide the class in 2 groups. Give each group cut outs (different-colour papers) of lines - one group gets the even lines (2, 4, 6...) and the other group gets the odd lines (1, 3, 5...). Don't overdo it, btw, because, the song is useful and easy to remember, but it gets boring after a while, and then you ruin the useful effect from the beginning.
