Изучение экологической темы на уроках английского языка 2009
В статье приводятся примеры интерактивной деятельности учащихся при изучении экологической темы на уроках английского языка. Школьники проводят мини-исследования, экскурсии в природу, ведут дебаты, обсуждают проблемные вопросы, выполняют тесты. Ситуации побуждают детей делиться своими мыслями по решению экологических проблем, выполнять экологические проекты. Формы работы учащихся: парная, групповая, в командах.

I found a variety of different sport superstitions. In my work I describe some common superstitions in the world of sports: baseball, basketball, bowling, fishing, football, golf, ice hockey, rodeo, and tennis.

A brief guide for visitors to the Houses of Parliament
This work is a brief guide for visitors to the Houses of Parliament. This is where the upper and lower houses of the British government (the House of Lords and the House of Commons) meet to decide national policies and to create new laws. You’ll follow the route of a tour of the interior of the Houses of Parliament, starting at Victoria Tower and ending at the Great Hall.

Young people have a particular relationship with the world. There are many subcultures that have interests different from those of the mainstream culture. A particular cultural grouping is a way for young people to express their individuality. Most young people in Russia follow some kind of youth culture: punks, goth, skinheads, bikers, emo, glamour, hippies. There is information about evolution of youth groups in Russia in this work.
