Внеклассное мероприятие «Юный переводчик», проводимое в рамках недели английского языка

День английского языка отмечают с 2010 года. Датой празднования дня английского языка стал день рождения Уильяма Шекспира - английского поэта, писателя, самого знаменитого драматурга мира.

Цели:

• развитие иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции обучающихся;
• формирование у обучающихся интереса и позитивного отношения к иностранным языкам, истории, духовному наследию, традициям иноязычных стран.

Задачи:

• повышение мотивации к изучению иностранных языков;
• стремление к лучшему осознанию культуры иноязычного народа;
• развитие исследовательских учебных действий, включая навыки работы с информацией: поиск и выделение нужной информации, обобщение и фиксация информации;
• мотивация обучающихся к приобретению новых знаний по предмету «Иностранный язык», поиску и дальнейшему использованию информации;
• применение социокультурных знаний в процессе иноязычного общения;
• формирование основ языковой и речевой компетенции учащихся;
• обогащение знаний о культуре, традициях и обычаях стран изучаемого языка;
• развитие творческого потенциала учащихся;
• выявление и поддержка талантливых обучающихся.
