Procedure:

Step 1. Hello, everyone! How are you today? Let me ask you some questions:
- Do you have your own room?
- What unusual items do you have in your room?
- What words about home do you remember?
Lets answer one by one. You should not repeat the previous words. If you do not know the word, you stop taking part in the game. Lets look, who will be the winner.

Step 2. Now look at the board. Here is the presentation with some pictures about the house. Do you remember all these words? (name all the pictures)

Step 3. And do you remember, how to write all these words? Check yourself and do the tasks 1 and 2 from page 4. Do it in pairs.

Now I give you the correct variant on the board. Check yourself.

Step 4. Tell me now, what is essential to get ready for the exam? (pupils give their answers).
And is it essential to try to do sample exam tasks?
Now it is time for us to try to do such task.

Open you book on page 10. You have 10 minutes to do the task.

Now we check the answers. Check yourselves, and we are going to make the diagram of our success. (Each pupil puts the point on the board, showing how many points he or she has got, and in the end we have the diagram of our success).

Variation(s)

Step 1. If there are difficulties with the game, raise the morale and move on to step 2, saying that we are going to learn now all these items.

Step 2. If there are problems with naming the items, give the correct variant and do the drill.

Step 3. If there are problems with the spelling, give the list of words.

Step 4. If the task is too difficult, do it together, giving the translation of the sentences in a last resort.
