The more you travel,
The more you see.
The more you see,
The more you learn.
Teacher: The epigraph of our lesson: “The world is a book and those who don?t travel read only one page” ( St.Augustine). What do you think about it? And would you like to travel?
P1: I have a dream to travel to London. Travelling is considered to be one of the ways of spending holidays and it plays an important part in the entertainment of people and learning about the world because it is better to see once than to read or to hear about country some times.
Teacher: Imagine you are going abroad on a trip. But first of all we must be ready for our trip. Where can we get all the information for our trip? You are right, at a travel agency. You can see some travel agencies. Come to the tour operator and ask questions.
Dialogue

O: Hello! What can I do for you?
A: I?d like to go abroad,
O: OK. What country would you like to visit?

P3: I have a dream to travel to London. When I think of Britain I usually imagine a very green country with lot?s of beautiful gardens and parks because the British love flowers very much and you can see them everywhere. No wonder that some of the flowers have become the symbol of the UK.
P4: I know that London is the capital of Great Britain. It is one of the largest cities in the world. And Buchingham Palace is the London Home of the Queen.
P5: I?d like to see Britain?s most treasured sights such as St. Pal?s Cathedral. It is one of ancient churches. It is the greatest work of the architect Sir Christopher Wren.
P6: People travel abroad because isn?t it wonderful to discover new places. Besides travel has always been a part of people?s education. More than that it teaches people about art and culture.
P7: Every country and every nation has it?s own traditions . It?s very important to know the mode of life of different people.
P8: I?d like to have Christmas day and to eat the traditional Christmas meal of roast turkey and Christmas pudding.
