Тип урока: урок отработки умений и навыков

Основная идея урока: создать условия для формирования у учащихся регулятивных универсальных учебных действий:

- целеполагание - постановка учебной задачи на основе соотнесения того, что уже известно и освоено;

- планирование - определение последовательности промежуточных целей с учетом конечного результата,

- прогнозирование - предвосхищение результата и уровня усвоения изучаемого материала;

- контроль – сравнение способа действия и его результата с заданным образцом с целью обнаружения отклонений и отличий от данного образца;

- коррекция - внесение необходимых дополнений и корректив;

- оценка - выделение и осознание учащимися того, что уже освоено и что еще подлежит освоению, осознание качества и уровня усвоения;

- волевая саморегуляция способность к мобилизации сил для преодоления препятствий.

Задачи урока:

1. воспитательные

- воспитание уважительного отношения к стране изучаемого языка, ее обычаям;

- воспитание уважительного отношения к собеседнику в процессе общения;

- воспитание эстетического вкуса;

2. образовательные

- систематизация грамматических знаний о простом прошедшем времени;

- формирование лексических навыков говорения;

- формирование навыков чтения с извлечением заданной информации;

- формирование навыков аудирования;

- систематизация знаний об употреблении артикля;

3. развивающие

- развитие произвольного внимания;

Then go along that road till you come to a roundabout. Go round the roundabout.

- with superlatives and ordinal numbers

- when there is only one possibility

It’s on the corner next to the police station.

(Most towns or districts only have one police station)

And now we are going to visit York with.

(Context: Tom visits York. He shows some of the things to see in old York and modern York. He buys some souvenirs and talks to some children who are visiting the city)

York is in the north-east of England. It is an old city. It existed in Roman times and later became important as the religious centre of the north of England. York was captured and settled by the Vikings. There is a modern museum about Viking York called the Jorvik Center. Jorvik was the Viking name for York.
