Entry: (1 min) : Hello, Children! Have a nice day! How are you today?
Warmer: As you know, we live in a very picturesque place which is called The Pskov Region.
The Pskov Region has 1/3 of all arable land in Russia. People grow vegetables, fruits, and cereals.
Now, look at the map of our region and say What is the problem we speak about?

Nowadays there are 257 state agricultural farms and 90 thousand private agricultural farms on territory of the Pskov Region.
The whole territory of arable land consists of 243, 8 hectares. Cereals grow on the territory of 199,9 hectures.
Meanwhile a lot of Pskovites people have a plot of land in the country called dacha.
They plant vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, potatoes and different fruits such as plums, cherries, apples, pears in the garden.
