Цели и задачи урока:
- Формирование навыков монологической и диалогической речи по темам «Домашние и другие животные», « Количественные и порядковые числительные».
- Активизация модального глагола «must» в речи.
- Закрепление лексических знаний по теме «Pets and Other Animals».
- Воспитание гуманного отношения к животным.
Оборудование: наглядный материал, аудиозапись, раздаточный материал, интерактивная доска, Презентация в PowerPoint.
ХОД УРОКА
I. Начало урока. Организационный момент. Приветствие
Warming-up activities
T: Good afternoon, dear boys and girls. I am glad to see you (T –
Cl).
T: Let’s start our lesson. Children, what is the date today?
Cl: Today is the 12th of February.
T: February is the second month of the year, isn’t it?
Cl: Yes, it is.
T: What day is it today?
Cl: Today is Friday.
T: What about January?
Cl: January is the first month of the year. February is the second month
of the year.
T: You know that “the first” and “the second” are ordinals. What
does it mean? (T– Cl)
T: Look at the blackboard, please. What are we going to talk about? (About
Pets and Other Animals)
T: Today we are going to talk about Numerals, we’ll talk about pets and
other animals, do some grammar tasks, ask and answer the questions about our favourite
pets (на доске карта урока по технологии
прогнозируемых результатов)
(На предыдущих уроках познакомились с порядковыми числительными, со степенями сравнения имен прилагательных, глаголом «must», научились употреблять лексику по теме «Животные». Заключительным этапом будет итоговая контрольная работа по всей теме.)

T: Look at the pictures of these animals and say which of them is the first (the second, the third…) (на доске)

Т: Ok, boys and girls. We have done a lot of work today. We have known a lot about animals and about your favourite pets. Why are the animals very important in our life? Because they are very kind and friendly. They help us to be kind. We must look after animals because they are small and weak.
