Открытый урок "Мамин день"

Цели:

• Учебная – повторение и закрепление пройденной лексики по теме “Помощь по дому”.
• Воспитательная – воспитывать любовь к матери, культуру поведения и общения с мамой.
• Развивающая – развивать познавательный интерес к празднованию Дня Матери в других странах.

Задачи:

• учиться работать в группах, сотрудничать;
• тренировать употребление лексических единиц в речи;
• работать с текстом.

Оснащение урока:

• мультимедийный проектор,
• презентация,
• карточки,
• цветные карандаши,
• бумага,
• музыкальное сопровождение,
• стих “Цветы для мамы”
• доска.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент.

1. Приветствие.

Т: Good-morning, children.
    Сlass: It’s time to say’Hello’ – 3 раза
    And start our lesson.

2. Психологический настрой

T: Sit down please. Today we have an unusual lesson: a camera man is recording our lesson.

I wouldn’t like you to feel shy, so let’s turn to the cameraman, say ‘Hello’, smile and wave your hands (дети поворачиваются к видеокамере, улыбаются и машут рукой)

II. Начало.

1. Постановка цели.

Т: Now, children, look at the screen. (Приложение 1, На экране слайд 1).

You can see 2 pictures on the screen. What do you think, what will we speak about today?

P: About mothers.

T: That’s right. The topic of our lesson is Mother’s Day.

А какая цель нашего занятия?

Р: Цель занятия – узнать, как празднуют День Матери в Англии.

Т: That’s right.

2 Фонетическая зарядка.

Now let’s begin our lesson. Look at the screen. (На экране слайд 2)

[ð] Is my grandmother’s mother my mother’s great grandmother?

You can see an English tongue twister. Name the sound

P:[ ð] .T: That’s right. Поставили язычки между зубами, подключили голосовые связки и произнесли хором [ð]. Хоровая и индивидуальная отработка звука и скороговорки.

3.Речевая разминка.

(На экране слайд 3 с лексическими выражениями):

Do the washing up
Lay the table
Water the flowers
Clean the rooms
Feed the pets

T: Let’s talk about your mothers.

Ученики отвечают на вопросы учителя, используя опоры на экране:

What’s your mother’s name? Do you help your mother? How do you help your mother? Is your mother beautiful? Did you lay the table yesterday Did you feed your pet yesterday?

Р1: My mother’s name is Yevgenia Ivanovna/ P2: Yes, I do P3: I do the washing up. P4: Yes, she is. P5: Yes, I did. P6: Yes, I did.

III. Основная часть урока

1.Работа с текстом.

Read the text and do the tasks.

Celebrate – праздновать

Simnel cake – пирог из муки тонкого помола

Marzipan – марципан (смесь тертого миндаля или орехов с сахарным сиропом).

T: Now, children, look at the screen. You can see a text. There are some new words in the text.

Repeat the words. (Ученики читают слова за учителем, затем учитель рассказывает детям об особенностях праздничного пирога).

Т: Read the text and understand what it is about.

Ученики читают текст по очереди вслух.

In March the English celebrate Mother’s Day. Children help mothers about the house: they do

The washing up, make their beds, clean the rooms, lay the table. They cook the Simnel cake.The cake has got 12 marzipans on the top. Children give their mothers small presents and flowers. Mothers are very happy.

2.Draw a picture to the text.

P: Mother’s Day in Great Britain.

T: Do you agree with Yulya?

Pupils: Yes, we do.

T: When do children celebrate Mother’s Day in England?

P: In March.

T: And When do we celebrate Mother’s Day in Russia?

P: In November.

2. Групповая работа.

T: Now you are going to do the second task to the text. Each group should draw a picture of what you understood from the text.

(Каждая группа учащихся обсуждает и рисует картинку к прочитанному тексту).

I can see you are ready with your pictures, now tell us what you have drawn.

Представитель каждой группы показывает свой рисунок всему классу и говорит:

1 группа: This is Simnel Cake and 12 marzipans on the cake.
2 группа: This is a mother and a daughter.

T: Are the mother and the daughter nice?

P: Yes, they are.

3 группа: This is a present for Mother and flowers in the vase.

Т: What colour are the flowers?

P: Red, pink.

T: Thank you very much, well done, your drawings are very good.

(Учитель развешивает рисунки на доске.)

T: Ребята, скажите, а что мы сейчас сделали?

Р: Мы читали текст, выбрали заголовок, рисовали рисунки к тексту.

3. Физкультминутка.

Т: Now it’s time to do somе exercises. Let’s sing and dance.

Звучит музыка. Ученики поют и выполняют движения под музыку.

Stamp your feet together

T: Sit down, everybody. We continue to work in groups.

4.Составление предложений из слогов слов. Продолжение работы в группах.

Учитель раздает каждой группе карточку со слогами слов.

1 группа. Father bought nice flowers for Mother. (переводят) Папа купил красивые цветы для мамы.

2 группа: Children did the washing up and cleaned the rooms.

Дети вымыли посуду и убрали комнаты.

3 группа: They made a cake and laid the table. Они приготовили пирог и накрыли на стол.

T: Well done, children. I see you help your mothers very well.

Учитель обращается к детям:

А что мы сейчас сделали с вами?

РР: Мы составляли предложения из слогов слов.

Now it’s time to sing a chant to our mothers.

5. Песня.

(На экране – слайд 8.)

Звучит музыка. Дети поют песенку.

T: Thank you, children.

6. Работа с пословицей.

(На экране – слайд 9.)

T: Look at the screen, children. You can see some codified words.

If you guess the words, you can read an English proverb.

Дети смотрят на экран и стараются прочесть слова.

Р: Меn make houses, women make homes.

T: You are quite right! Now let’s translate the proverb.

Дети переводят с помощью учителя пословицу:

“Мужчины строят дома, женщины создают очаг”

Т: Do you agree with the proverb?

Pupils: Yes, we do.

Читают пословицу хором и индивидуально.

7. Презентация стихотворения “Цветы для Мамы” учителем.

Т: I want to read a poem for you, I want you to listen to it and to understand it

I never have a special day
To give flowers to my mother
I give them to her every day
To show how much I love her.
When I sweep the kitchen floor
Or care for baby brother,
I run on errands
Or make the beds
I’m giving flowers to mother.
It’s lot of fun pretending
And to hear my mother say:
“Thank you, dear for all the flowers
You’ve given me today”.

Т: Ребята, о чем это стихотворение?

Р: Я думаю, что оно о том, как мы помогаем маме.

Т: You are quite right.

III. Заключение.

1. Подведение итогов.

Т: Ребята, что нового вы узнали сегодня на уроке?

P: Мы узнали о том, как делают торт на День Матери в Англии.

Р2: Мы узнали 3 новых слова.

Т: Как мы можем применить эти знания в жизни?

Р1: Мы можем сделать подарок маме: испечь торт.

Р2: Мы можем спеть песню.
