Цель урока: развитие практических умений и навыков учащихся на основе интеграции предметов английского языка и информатики.

Задачи урока.

Образовательные:

  • познакомить учащихся с новым для них типом текста quiz (викторина) и научить их создавать этот тип текста самостоятельно;
  • расширить знания учащихся в области географии и истории страны изучаемого языка;

Практические:

  • совершенствовать грамматические навыки (закрепить порядок слов в вопросительном предложении);
  • предоставить возможность учащимся исследовать возможности различных поисковых систем и практиковаться в их использовании, умении находить и отбирать информацию.

Развивающие:

  • развивать умения воспринимать информацию на слух;
  • развивать умение учащихся сотрудничать для выполнения задания, эффективно планировать и осуществлять работу, помогая друг другу.

Воспитательные:

  • воспитывать познавательные и творческие интересы учащихся и повышать мотивацию к изучению английского языка;
  • создать условия для реализации личности учащегося.

Формы работы: коллективная, групповая, парная, индивидуальная.

Оснащение урока: доска, проектор, компьютеры, карта, презентация к уроку в программе Power Point, картинки, раздаточный материал - карточки по теме урока (№1,№2). Доступ в Интернет.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент:

1. Приветствие:

T. Good morning, dear students and guests! I’m glad to see you!

How are you? …OK! Let’s start our lesson.

Recently we talked about the USA. I hope you have learned a lot of interesting facts about the country of great contrasts and opportunities. Today you’ll have
a chance to demonstrate your deep knowledge of English and IT (Information Technology), to learn some more information about the USA, to study the examples of different quizzes and to make your own quiz using the Internet. Quiz… It’s the topic of our today’s lesson. (Слайд 1. Презентация)

2. Разминка. Активизация лексических и произносительных навыков:
