Цели урока:

• систематизация знаний по теме "Времена года",
• развитие у учащихся эстетического восприятия мира, умения ценить природу, умения ощущать себя неотъемлемой частицей окружающего мира.

• Научиться рассказывать о разных временах года.
• Научиться беседовать о погоде, о временах года, о занятиях в разные сезоны.
• Научиться читать незнакомый текст с правильной интонацией.
• Научиться отгадывать на слух загадки о разных временах года.

• Автоматизация употребления и произношения лексики по теме:
• Детский песенно-поэтический фольклор.

• Развитие познавательной активности и творческих способностей учащихся,
• Формирование мотивации к изучению английского языка и умений использовать имеющиеся знания в новой коммуникативной ситуации, развитие неповторимой индивидуальности учащихся.

Воспитательные:

• развитие интереса к культуре и традициям других народов,
• умения работать в команде, в группе, индивидуально.

2. Объявление темы урока.

"Today we are going on talking about seasons. First we will about seasons of the year .Then we'll learn how to use the new words in different situations and at the end of the lesson we'll find new information about the English year.

3. Речевая разминка.

First I'd like you to answer my questions:

1. It's a fine day today, isn't it?
2. How is the weather today?
3. What date is it today?
4. What season is it now?
5. How many days has a year got?
6. How many seasons are there in a year?
7. What are they?
8. What season is the coldest?
9. What season brings the first flowers?
10. What month is the shortest?

II. Основная часть урока.

1. T.: - Fine children! And now you will listen to the texts. Try to guess what season it is.

The 1^st text: "It is a good season. It comes after spring. There are many sunny days in it The trees are green. We go to swim. It is hot and bright. The days are long. The weather is often nice."

The 2^nd text: "This season comes after winter. Birds come back. We can see new green leaves. It is warm. Sometimes it rains. Children can ride a bike, play games.

The 3^rd text: "It is a cold season. There is much snow everywhere. Children can play snowballs, make snowmen. It is frosty and snowy and slippery. The nights are short. We can skate and ski"

The 4^th text: "It is a dull season. It often rains and windy. It is cloudy. The sky is grey. It is cool. The leaves fall down from the trees."

The 5^th text: "It is a gold season. It is cool but sunny. The temperature is 14 degrees above zero. People like to go to the forest. The leaves are yellow red and brown. There are many vegetables and fruits. Children go to school on the 1^st of September."

2. Very well . And now tell us about your season.(the posters are on the board)

3. You have coped with the task. And now we are flying to London. During the flight we will talk with our neighbors on different themes about the weather in GB, about seasons, about holidays and traditions of GB. But at first let's sing a song "When Trees are green". (Pupils make up dialogues)

4. Now we are in London and some British children meet us. They tell about holidays and traditions.

Pupils tell about Halloween, Christmas, New year, Thanksgiving Day, Easter, St.Valentine's day.

III.

1. Very well. Let's have a rest and walk in London Park. Работа с текстом. Выполнение упражнения после текста.

2. Now children try to guess some riddles.

-What is without hands and without feet, without head or a body but can open the door? (it's wind)

-It is white, it is cold, we can ski and skate on it. What is it? (it's ice)

-What man can't live inside the house ? (it's a snowman)
