Цель: Воспитание толерантности у учащихся с использованием интерактивных методик.
Обучающие задачи:
- Практиковать учащихся в устной речи по проблемной ситуации « Толерантность и современность».
- Развивать навыки говорения и понимания иноязычной речи по предложенной проблеме.
- Проконтролировать употребление в речи новой тематической лексики.
- Практиковать навыки диалогической речи.
- Развивать творческие навыки учащихся.
Развивающая задача: развивать речемыслительную деятельность учащихся, психолого-социальную деятельность.
Воспитательная задача: воспитывать толерантное отношение к людям, культуру поведения в конфликтных ситуациях.
Оснащение урока: доска, плакаты, атрибуты к игре-сценке, компьютер, раздаточный материал: карточки, распечатки, смайлики.

Т.Good morning everybody. Pleased to see you again. The topic of our lesson is “Tolerance and modern life”. The plan of our lesson is as follow:
- You will listen to the information about the origin of the word “tolerance”
- illustrate the information about you roots
- act your test
- make your dialogues
- know some rules how to train tolerance
1. Вступительное слово учителя.
T.A few years ago violence was more associated with adults. Now it`s the problem of youngsters. This fact sounds really frightening because the young people is our future and we all would like to live in the safe world, not in the world of violence. This problem is combined with family and social problems, such as bulling. Perhaps, we should all share responsibility.
P. I`m afraid adults are not tolerant of immigrants, their children inherit racial hatred.
T. Yes, I agree with you. We are worried about a series of attacks against immigrants, including foreign students in St.Petersburg, Voronezh, Salsk and other cities of Russia. Lack of tolerance is a great problem nowadays.
2. Warming up.

But how do you understand the word “tolerance”?
Let`s take a list of words (your home task) and make sentences beginning with “Tolerance is….”
3. T. The word tolerance comes from Latin word “tolerantia” with means patience.
Tolerance is the ability of a man for understanding another person. Tolerance is the unit of 3 characteristics: a different opinion taken into consideration, expression of sympathy and compassion, exception of world-varied values.
November,16 1995. The United Nations Organization adopted the Declaration of Tolerance Principles. This day was declared the Day of Tolerance. 2009 was announced as a year of equal opportunities for all young people in Russia no matter normal or disabled, black or white, Moscow or provincial.

6. T. So we see that we are all pieces of one pie.
That`s why the problem of bulling has no sense. Let`s keep in mind that youth is a wonderful thing that happens only once. Be positive and tolerant! Enjoy your youth!

(ученики показывают короткий спектакль, который сам по себе является психологическим тестированием; объясняются результаты тестирования.) T. Why is it difficult to be tolerant for us? What illnesses does our society have?
Our group is a small model of our society. Every person has got good and bad points (drawbacks). Let`s test our nature.
В работу включается школьный психолог и объясняет, кто из героев пьесы был самым толерантным и почему.
8. Cовершенствование навыков диалогической речи.
(учащиеся составляют диалоги по заданиям в карточках. Самостоятельно ищут мирные пути решения провакационных ситуаций.)
T. How to improve our inner nature? How to bring tolerance to hearts and souls? I suggest you making dialogues. Try to be positive. You can use sense of humour.
9. Заключительный этап урока.
Выступление школьного психолога. Советы и рекомендации по воспитанию в себе толерантного отношения к людям (взяты из тренингов по толерантности.)
T. So you see that it`s necessary to bring up our feelings and emotions, to train tolerance, to build the new inner world in every soul and every family: the world of love, sympathy, compassion and tolerance.
