Teacher: Children, sit down, please. The title of our lesson is “Food: healthy and unhealthy”. Healthy food is good for our body; unhealthy food is bad for our body. Today we will have a talk about good and bad ways of life.

You are not healthy. You like to eat. That’s why you are fat. You must not sleep in the morning. You must not eat butter and much bread for breakfast. You must drink milk and eat a lot of fish. You must run in the park and you must skate. You must swim, skip and jump. You must be strong, but you must not be fat.
Teacher: Your eyes are tired.

Put the card of food (cards with pictures: cakes, fish, butter, sweets, meat, apples, porridge, milk, bread, sandwiches, coffee, cheese, carrot) into the right box and explain your choice. For example, Milk is healthy.
