Цели урока:

  1. Формировать лексические навыки говорения;
  2. Практиковать в употреблении схем;
  3. Совершенствовать умения и навыки перевода на русский и английский языки;
  4. Развивать навыки аудирования и работы с текстами;
  5. Расширять кругозор учащихся.

Оснащение урока:

1. Плакаты – схемы, флаги России, Америки, Соединенного Королевства, фотографии президентов.
2. Слайдопроектор, слайды.
3. Магнитофон, запись текста о политической системе России.

План урока

1. Оргмомент. Сообщение темы и целей урока.
2. Фонетическая зарядка. Введение новой лексики.
3. Лексическая зарядка. Перевод предложений на русский и английский языки.
4. Рассказ учащихся о политичесих системах Америки и Великобритании по таблицам.
5. Диалоги учщихся о данных политических системах.
6. Работа со схемой политической системы России.
7. Аудирование текста.
8. Проверка понимания текста. Работа со слайдами.
9. Выполнение теста о трех политических системах.
10. Подведение итогов урока.

Ход урока

1 Teacher: Dear boys and girls ! I am glad to see you at our lesson. At the previous lessons we learnt a lot about political systems of the UK, the USA, and their presidents. Today we are going to study political system of our country and compare it with the others.

And so, lets start.

2 Phonetical exercise: (на доске новые слова с переводом)

To guarantee, to dissolve, a council, an assembly, a deputy, basic, a chairman, a chamber,

the Federal Assembly, the Council of Federation, the State Duma, the Chairman of the Government, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Constitutional Court.

3. Teacher: Well done. Now I want you to translate some sentences from English into Russian and from Russian into English:

Translate into Russian:

1. The term “constitutional monarchy”means thatGreat Britain is governed by Parliament, and the monarch is the Head of the state.

2. The members of the House of Commons the real governing body of the country are elected by the peoplе.

3. The Cabinet of Ministers proposes a bill, Parliament can approve it or delay it.

4.  The party, supported by the majority in the House of Commons, forms the government.

5.  The legislative power in the USA is vested in theCongress, consisting of the Senate and the House of Representatives.

6. The President signs a bill and can veto it.

7. The President, the head of the executive branch of the government is elected for a four – year term and appoints the the members of the Cabinet.
