• Тренировка и совершенствование навыков коммуникативного письма на уроках английского языка в процессе подготовки к ЕГЭ 2011

  Когда мы говорим о письме как о самостоятельном виде речевой деятельности, мы говорим о письменной речи. Цель обучения письму в данном контексте - научить учащихся писать на иностранном языке те же тексты, которые образованный человек умеет писать на родном языке. В нашей школе задания на развитие этих навыков включены в рабочую учебную программу и календарно-тематическое планирование на всех этапах обучения.

• Royal London and its Secrets

  My research is devoted to historic places in London which are connected with the Royal family. I studied the life of three popular English monarchs: Henry VIII, Queen Victoria, and Elizabeth I. Their lives were full of fascinating events and all of them did a lot for their country. People in Great Britain remember their history and keep their traditions. Visiting such places as Westminster Abbey, Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace gives you a lot of information about history of England.

• Some Difficulties of Translation from English into Russian

  The main aim of my work is to list the most known difficulties of translation from English into Russian and try to explain why they arise. A good translator should understand the content of the translating text and the intention of the author perfectly.The English language differs from the Russian one very much. That's why there may be problems with good translation. Especially difficult to translate are phrasal verbs which sometimes have surprising and "unexpected" meaning.
