Ход урока

1. Introduction with Easter Bunny (2 minutes)

Introduce the plush Easter bunny toy/puppet as a special friend who will help them learn about Easter. Make the bunny "talk" and say hello to the children (e.g., "Hello, everyone! My name is Bunny. Can you say 'hello' to Bunny?").

Listen to the song "Easter Bunny" and do the actions.

Easter Bunny hop hop hop
Make your ears go flop flop flop
Hide your Easter eggs around
In the grass and on the ground
Easter Bunny hop hop hop
Make your ears go flop flop flop

2. Reading the phonics

Read the words on the eggs.

3. Presentation of the Easter vocabulary and learning it by doing the worksheet "What's next?"

4. Making craft

Sit at the table and make sure you have all your materials in front of you. Take a strip of white construction paper. This will be your headband. If the strip is too short to go around your head, we can tape two strips together to make it longer. Ask a grown-up to help you measure it around your head, then tape the ends together so it fits nicely. On another piece of white construction paper, draw two big bunny ears. Inside each big ear, draw a smaller ear shape with pink construction paper or color it in with pink crayon/marker. Carefully cut out the big ears along the lines. If you need help with the scissors, ask a grown-up. Glue the smaller pink ears onto the big white ears. Press down gently to make sure they stick well. Put some glue at the bottom of each ear. Stick the ears onto the inside of the headband, one on each side. Hold them for a few seconds to make sure they stick. If you want, you can decorate your headband with crayons, markers, or even add some cotton balls to make it fluffy. Once the glue is dry, put the headband on your head. Now you have your very own bunny ears!

5. Active break. Egg hunt

  • Watch the video "Egg hunt"
  • Stand up and take your baskets, when you hear the music try to find as many eggs as possible.

6. Listening

Listen to my instructions and colour the Bunny.

Sit back down in a circle. Ask the children what their favorite part of the lesson was. Encourage them to say one thing they learned about Easter.

Hand out Easter-themed stickers or small rewards to each child as a token of their participation.

Sing a simple goodbye song to signal the end of the lesson.

9. Wrap-Up

Thank the children for participating and being such good listeners.
