Цель: обсудить тему осени средствами и на материале английского языка.
Задачи:
- Обобщение лексического и грамматического материала;
- Повторение стихотворений;
- Развитие грамматических и лексических навыков;
- Развитие речевых умений;
- Воспитание любви к природе.
Планируемые результаты:

- повтор лексики по теме «Seasons/Сезоны», «Colours/Цвета»;
- закрепление грамматического правила «Степени сравнения прилагательных»;

1. Warming-up
Hello, dear students! I am glad to see you all! How are you today? - Fine!

Look out of the window. What do you see?
Student 1: It's cloudy outside today.
Student 2: It's raining.
Student 3: Trees are brown and yellow.
That's right. That's because it's autumn now. So AUTUMN is our topic today. Let's revise our chant about Doctor Foster:
Doctor Foster went to Gloucester
In a shower of rain.
He stepped in the puddle,
Right up to its middle,
And never went there again.
So, the weather is typical for this season. Let's recite the poem about seasons;
Spring is green,
Summer is bright,
Autumn is yellow,
Winter is white.
