Цель урока: обобщить и систематизировать единичные знания учащихся по теме, привести их в систему.

Задачи урока:

  • Закрепить знания учащихся по теме “Здоровый образ жизни”, обобщить пройденный грамматический материал;
  • развивать коммуникативные умения учащихся, умение обобщать и делать выводы, развивать творческие способности детей;
  • воспитывать культуру общения, стремление к здоровому образу жизни, умение работать в сотрудничестве.

Тип урока: урок-обобщение.

Формы: фронтальная, групповая, индивидуальная.

Наглядность: высказывания и поговорки по теме урока, советы по здоровому образу жизни.

Оборудование: проектор, экран, PowerPoint presentation, карточки с пословицами.

Ход урока

I.

1. Good morning, boys and girls! Sit down, please. How are you today? And you? How were you yesterday?

2. T. Good health is above wealth.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

3. T. Today we’ll remember the material on the topic “Healthy lifestyle” and the grammar material “Reported speech”. I want you to be active at the lesson today.

II. Phonetic exercises (S.1)

My parents tell me it’s bad,
My teachers talk to me every day.
Bad I always take my cigarette.
Don’t touch me! That’s my life! That’s my way!
A cigarette smoke is a dragon
Dancing in the moonlight
He knows that now
I’m checking
How well he can fly
You think “Death” is his name.
But you even can’t hear his voice.
You might think it’s a game.
But I prefer him to your noise.
I’ll never give up smoking.
I won’t even try.
You can think I’m joking…
Please don’t ask me why.
I’ll never live the sky.

III. Speech exercises

IV. Look at the blackboard and try to connect the parts of the proverbs!

(На доске написаны разделённые на 2 части пословицы, задача учащихся состоит правильном подборе окончания пословицы.)

  • Health is better than wealth.
  • Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
  • Healthy mind in a healthy body.
  • An apple a day keeps a doctor away.
  • Eat to live but not live to eat.
  • He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.
  • Eat with pleasure, drink with measure.
  • A change of activity is the best rest.
  • Health is not everything but everything without health is nothing.

Let’s say these proverbs and remember them! So, all together!

V. Speaking on the topic “Healthy Way of Life. (S.2) + video

1. Let’s remember the words on the theme. 

2. Answer my questions! 

1) What influences our life?
2) How do bad habits influence our life?
3) What must we do to be healthy?
4) What mustn’t we do to be healthy?
5) And what about you?

VI. Grammar work

Let’s remember some rules of changing the Direct speech into the Indirect one.

VII. Group work. Make the list of your recommendations on the healthy way of life!

(Работа занимает 3-5 минут и проходит под музыкальное сопровождение.)

По одному представителю от каждой группы выходят к доске и прикрепляют на неё список своих рекомендаций. Ученики читают рекомендации по очереди, избегая повторений.

  • Eat healthy food!
  • Eat vitamins!
  • Do some sport or regular physical exercises!
  • Avoid stresses!
  • Say- No- to drugs, drinking and smoking!
  • Be close to nature!
  • Take care of your teeth!
  • Sleep enough!
  • Drink milk, juice and mineral water!
  • Eat more vegetables!
  • Don’t work on a computer too long!
  • Don’t watch TV too long!
  • Be friendly!
  • Live with pleasure! Enjoy your healthy way of life!
  • Enjoy dancing!
  • Spend more time in the fresh air!
  • Love your life! etc.
