According to the regulations of the competition, it’s necessary to prepare a presentation and a leaflet about Yelabuga showing the purposes of tourists’ visits, infrastructure of the town, its historical places…

Protect he peace and quietness here.
I want to speak of Devil’s tower with you,
It’s the symbol of the town – and it’s really true.
The monument of the Bulgar period you’ll see
And it’s the most favorite place to me.
Victory Memorial is the place of light,
From where the townsmen went to fight.
We bring flowers to the eternal flame
To memorize our grandfather’s names.
The historical museum of the town
Reflects the rich history till now.
There are historical documents and things,
They show the life of people and their dreams.
The house of Shishkin is the town’s heart
And now it’s a treasure of works of art.
There are a lot of pictures found -
“Fern”, “Field” and “On the Forest Bound”.
The monument of artist immortalizes his name
With brushes in the hand and a frame.
His eyes are directed to the beauties of the nature
To Shishkin ponds – the beautiful creature.

Nadezhda Durova lived in the town until her death.

1). Running a problem.
- The local newspaper Novaya Kama points out that there are a lot of tourist agencies in Yelabuga and they offer the guests of our native town unforgettable tours. Fortunately, the number of tourists who want to visit our home town increases with every passing year.
- The local Council is glad about the increasing number of tourists which can lead to the existence of new jobs and in order to show our town in its real beauty announces a competition “The Best historical tour about Yelabuga”. According to the regulations of the competition, it’s necessary to prepare a presentation and a booklet about Yelabuga showing the purposes of tourists’ visits, infrastructure of the town, its historical places, famous people and Tatar national cuisine.
- The tourist agency Lakruan asks you, the representatives of the well known advertising companies, to make up a booklet about our native town. The booklet should be presented in a week. Round Robin
