Цели урока:

  • применять на практике речевые знания, умения, навыки;
  • формировать и активизировать навыки работы с прослушиваемой информацией.

Задачи урока:

обучающие:

  • освоить лексические единицы по теме во всех видах речевой деятельности;
  • научить сообщать информацию по теме объемом 4-5 реплик;

развивающие:

  • развивать мотивацию к изучению английского языка;
  • развивать навыки и умения во всех видах речевой деятельности;
  • развивать произносительные навыки (интонационные модели в выражениях этикетного характера);
  • развивать умения моделировать речевую ситуации;
  • развивать умения ознакомительного чтения (устанавливать логическую последовательность основных фактов текста);
  • развивать умения диалогической речи (диалог этикетного характера);
  • развивать социокультурную компетенцию.

  • расширять общий кругозор.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент.

- Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to see you. Sit down, please. What is the date today? Who is absent? What was your home-task for today?

II. Определение целей, постановка задач.

- Look at the slide on the board. What can you see? (можно использовать картинки или фото продуктов) Can you tell me, what is the theme of our lesson today? What will we talk about?

What will we do today?

(We’ll listen, read and talk about food and drinks, practice in some, a, an, much, many.)

III. Повторение лексики по теме. Let’s start with the quiz. I’ll give you apples or lemons (жетоны) for your right answers. Then we’ll count them and find out who is a winner. Shall we start?

1) So, the first task for you. Name these things. (учащиеся по очереди называют продукты и получают жетоны за правильный ответ.)

2) Choose fruits and vegetables. (Распределяют на 2 группы)

3) Put some, a or an before these words:

  • Cheese
  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Orange
  • Soup
  • Sweet
  • Tomato
  • Pear
  • Juice
  • Milk
  • Lemon
  • Tea

4) This is a riddle for you. Try to guess what does Jack like?

I like it very much.

I usually have it for breakfast.

It is brown but it can be white.

It is tasty.

Children like it. (chocolate)

5) Tell us, please, what do you like for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Good for you. Let’s count apples. How many apples have you got? Who is a winner? Let’s clap.

Let’s have a rest and sing a song “Clap, clap, clap your hands!”

Clap, clap, clap your hands
Clap your hands together.
Stamp, stamp, stamp your feet.
Stamp your feet together.
Nod, nod, nod your head.
Nod your head together!
Dance! Dance! Dance your dance!

Are you fine? You may sit down.

IV. Аудирование. You have said what you like to have for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But can you tell me, where can people have lunch or dinner? (At the cafe, at the restaurant, at the fast food restaurant.)

Do you like fast food? Really? What is it? Is it tasty? Is it healthy? Is it popular with your friends? But many people like it. Let’s listen to some phrases. (запись №12 ) Where can you here them? Which phrases does the cashier say? Which does the customer say? Listen and repeat.

V. Работа с диалогом.

1) Ex.2 p.102 Read the dialogue. What’s Ann ordering? How much is it?

Who will read the dialogue?

Would you like to go to a cafe? Look at the picture. What can you see? What is it? (menu) What can you eat there? Look at the menu, please. Do you know all the words? Will you translate:

  • baked potato –
  • tuna –
  • medium –
  • beef –

Read these words after me, please. Read them in pairs.

Write down these words, please.

2) Now make up your own dialogues.

VII. Работа в группах. Do you like the menu at a fast food restaurant? Let’s make your own menu. Your home-task was to draw a picture of a menu. Take them, please. Work in groups of 3 and think of a menu for:

Your birthday party

For the school canteen

For the children in the kindergarten

Read us your menu, please.

VIII. Домашнее задание. Your home-task will be to write a menu for your family for Sunday and ex.5 p.64 (W.B.) or ex.6 p.64 (W.B.) (дифференцированно)

IX. Рефлексия. Tell me, please, do you like our lesson today?

You were working very hard. Your marks for the lesson are ....

But tell what else would you like to eat? Use the phrases:

  • Я бы еще попробовал ...
  • Я сегодня переел ...
  • Я сыт по горло ...
