Общедидактическая цель:
- закрепить и проверить знания учащихся по теме животные;
Обучающие задачи:
- обобщить пройденный лексический материал;
- развивать умения и навыки устной речи;
- обучать чтению с извлечением основной информации;
- учить описывать животных и рассказывать о жизни животных;
- обучать аудированию;
- активизировать новые лексические единицы и речевые обороты в устной речи.
Воспитательные задачи:
- поддерживать интерес к изучению английского языка,
- воспитывать любовь к животным;
- воспитывать уважительное отношение к природе.
Развивающие задачи:
- развивать способность устанавливать логические связи;
- развивать личностную активность;
- высказывать свою точку зрения;
- развивать критическое мышление.
Применяемые технологии: технология критического мышления; личностно-ориентированное обучение; информационные технологии.
Тип урока: повторительно-обобщающий.

There are two types of animals. We know wild and domestic animals. Wild animals are those that live in the woods, jungles and in the fields. There are: foxes, tigers, wolves, elephants, hare and so on. And there are animals that live near the people. They are called domestic animals. And some of them even help people. Horses, bulls, dogs help people a lot. Also domestic animals are cows, cats, and sheep and so on. Some people prefer to keep exotic animals instead of traditional cats and dogs. Well, tastes differ! It may be spiders, monkeys, snakes. Imagine that your neighbor is snake!
Domestic animals are well trained. However, it doesn’t mean that wild animals cannot be trained at all. In circus you can see both of them.
We live on a beautiful planet. There are different species of mammals, reptiles, birds surround us. People let’s protect and save our animals, the beautiful planet of animals!
