Цели:

  • Учебные: закрепить лексический материал по теме “Домашние животные”; развивать навыки аудирования и чтения.
  • Развивающие: развивать мышление, память и внимание.
  • Воспитательные: воспитывать умение слушать одноклассников, воспитывать умение работать в коллективе.

Оборудование: компьютер, проектор, иллюстрации с домашними животными, магнитная доска, DVD-диск , раздаточный материал, УМК Н. И. Быкова, М. Д. Поспелова “Английский в фокусе” 3 класс.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент.

Teacher: Good morning, children!

Pupils: Good morning!

Teacher: Nice to see you.

Pupils: Nice to see you, too.

Teacher: I want to know if you are ready for our lesson. What have you got on your desk?

Pupil 1: I have got a pen and a copybook on my desk.

Pupil 2: I have got a student’s book and a pencil case on my desk.

Pupil 3: I have got a record-book, a pen and two pencils on my desk. Etc

Teacher: So are you ready for the lesson?

Pupils: Yes, we are ready.

II. Фонетическая разминка.

Teacher: Today we are going to talk about the animals which live on the farm. And at first let’s remember how these animals say. Look at the blackboard, please. This is a cow. It says: “Moo – moo”. Repeat after me, please.

Pupils: Moo – moo.

Teacher: This is a sheep. It says: “Baa – baa”.

Pupils: Baa – baa.

Teacher: It is a horse. It says: “Neigh – neigh”.

Pupils: Neigh – neigh.

Teacher: This is a pig. It says: “Oink – oink”.

Pupils: Oink – oink.

Teacher: It is a duck. It says: “Quack – quack”.

Pupils: Quack – quack.

III. Речевая разминка.

Teacher: Look at the blackboard, please. You can see the pictures and the words. You should match these pictures to the words. (Дети подходят к доске и подбирают слово к картинке.) What is it? Choose the word and match it to the picture.

Teacher: Now I will describe an animal and you try to guess what it is.

It is an animal. It is big. It has got a fat body, a big head, short ears and a long tail. It eats grass. It is brown and white.

Pupil 1: It is a cow.

Teacher: It is a bird. It is not big. It can walk and swim.

Pupil 2: It is a duck.

Teacher: It is an animal. It is big. It has got short ears, a long neck and mane, slim legs and a long tail. It can run and jump. It likes grass. What is it?

Pupil 3: It is a horse.

Teacher: It is an animal. It has got short ears, small eyes, a fat body and short legs. It is pink. What is it?

Pupil 4: It is a pig.

IV. Основной этап урока. Закрепление лексических навыков.

1. Teacher: Now let’s read the text which is called “On the farm”. (Школьники читают текст вслух.)

The next task is “True or false”. You should read the sentence and if it is correct you will say “true”. It means “верно”. If it isn’t correct you will say “false”. It means “неверно”.

2. Физкультминутка.

Teacher: Now let’s have a rest. Stand up, please. Repeat after me.

Can you hop like a rabbit?
Can you jump like a frog?
Can you walk like a duck?
Can you run like a dog?
Can you fly like a bird?
Can you swim like a fish?
And be still like a good child,
As still as you wish?

Дети рассказывают стихотворение и выполняют действия, изображая животных.

3. Teacher: Now I will give you these sheets of paper. Let’s do exercise number 1. What animals are they? Look at the pictures and fill gaps with the words in the box. Write down the names of the animals.

Now we are going to watch the film. You will see the children who are on the farm. You will watch the film and if you see the animal in the video clip you should put a tick in the box. (Дети смотрят фильм и отмечают животных, которых они увидели в фильме.)

What animals do the children see on the farm? Do the like the animals? What animals do you like?

4. Teacher: The next task is complete the sentences with the words in the box. Read the first sentence and choose the right word in the box. Fill in the gaps. (Учащиеся читают предложения и вставляют пропущенные слова.)

5. Teacher: Let’s play a game “Magic bag”. I have got a lot of animals in my bag. Sasha, take an animal out of the bag. What is it? What colour is it? Describe this animal. What parts of the body has it got? (Дети достают фигурку животного из мешочка и отвечают на вопросы учителя.)

V. Заключительный этап урока. Домашнее задание. Оценки. Подведение итогов.

Teacher: Open your record-books and write down your hometask.

Now I will give your marks. (Учитель записывает домашнее задание и выставляет детям отметки.)

So today we talked about the animals, we watched the film, read and played. Thank you for your work. Our lesson is over. Good-bye.
