- обобщить лексический материал по теме: «Free time».
- отрабатывать структуру –to be going to- по изучаемой теме в вопросительных предложениях
- формировать правильные произносительные навыки
- развивать языковую догадку
- обогатить лексический запас по теме: «Hobbies».
Задачи урока:
- совершенствовать умения и навыки практического владения английским языком по данной теме по всем видам речевой деятельности: аудированию, говорению, чтению и письму
- повысить интерес к изучению иностранного языка.
- расширить общий кругозор учащихся

Ход урока
1. Greeting.
Good morning, children! I am very glad to see you today. I hope you are OK. So, let's start our lesson. I believe we shall work hard at our lesson and also we shall learn a new grammar material today .That is why you must listen to me very attentively. Are you ready?
2. Warm up.
But at the beginning of our lesson answer my questions, please:
- What date is it today?
- What day of the week is it today?
- What month is it now?
- What season is it?
- Is there much snow out-doors?
- What season do you like? Why?
- Who is absent today?
- Look at the window, please. What is the weather like today?
- Do you like such weather? (As for me I do not like such weather. Because it is cold and there is no snow at all and so on.)

Now, look at the screen, please. How do you think, what are we going to discuss today?

4. Phonetic training.
And now, let us practice in English phonetics and remember some sounds and their transcription. I will read the lines of the poems and you will repeat them after me. Do not forget to name the sounds.

7. Обсуждение темы: «Hobbies».
a) Let us have a talk about your hobbies. But first of all I will tell you about my hobby.(сначала учитель рассказывает детям о своём хобби.Например:As for me, I like collecting very much. I collect almost everything, especially small things. Look at my collection, please. I collect…
And I have a lot of other funny, unusual and interesting things at home.)
б)I think every child has a hobby or, may be, some hobbies. Think it over and tell us about your hobbies and how else you like to spend your spare/free time.
8. Песенка про копилку.
Now, let’s have a short rest and sing a merry song about one little boy who had a money-box and collected coins.
9. Listening.
Open your books on page 58, ex.22. We are going to listen to the tape now.
(учащиеся слушают упражнение и выполняют к нему задание: ответить на вопрос-What Linda’s family is going to do next week?)
10. Беседа о планах на выходные.
And now we are going to talk about your plans for the weekend.(учитель рассказывает о своих планах на выходные:As for me, I am going to watch TV, rest a little, work with my computer and, of course, prepare for my classes for the next week. On Sunday I am planning to go to our local market.)
And what are you going to do at the weekend? (рассказы учащихся.)
11. Проверка домашнего задания.
а) At home you read and translated the dialogue on page 63.Open it, please. I need four students to go to the blackboard and read loudly your homework. You don’t know your roles, choose them right now. (учитель предлагает учащимся вытянуть бейджики с именами:Dima, Katay, Jim, Lena,учащиеся читают доставшуюся им роль.)
б) Say what the Russian students are going to present to their English friends.

I have a slide-quiz about Christmas for you. It will be soon, you know. Please, try to answer these questions. Match the sentences on the left with the words on the right.
