Задачи урока:
Практическая: семантизация новых ЛЕ по теме Modern Gadgets и тренировка их до уровня трансформации.
Воспитательная: способствование воспитанию культуры общения с применением современных средств связи.
Образовательная: способствование расширению у учащихся филологического и общего кругозора при помощи введения актуальных в современном языке ЛЕ.
Развивающая: способствование развитию логики, воображения, кратковременной и долговременной памяти в процессе выполнения УРУ.
Оснащение: интерактивная доска, презентация Microsoft Power Point, программа I-tools Solutions (Pre-Intermediate), раздаточные материалы.
Ход урока
I. Речевая подготовка.
1) Организационный момент:
T: Hello, class. Sit down.
Ps: Hello, teacher. (садятся)
T: Now we are going to check your home exercise, and then we will write down some new words.
2) Проверка домашнего задания
T: At home you were asked to read text about the O’Neals and to find out what they think about the computers. (Выводит таблицу на экран)

T: Let’s check how you understood the texts. According to them who uses computers for chatting?
P1: Clare.
T: Can you say it in the whole sentence?
P1: Clare uses computers for chatting.
T: Ok, that’s right. And who hates them?
Ps: (отвечают, выполняют упражнение до конца)
T: What do you do with the help of the computer?
Ps: (отвечают).
II. Основная часть урока.
1) Введение новой лексики.
T: Ok, and now tell me. Can we say that the computer is a modern gadget?
Ps: (отвечают)
T: And what do we call a modern gadget? What is the age of a modern gadget?
Ps: (отвечают)
T: (объясняет, что может называться обсуждаемым термином) And now let’s write down some words that we can call modern gadgets.
Записывает слова на доску, ученики переводят их на русский. Если они не могут этого сделать, учитель объясняет эти слова. Учительские объяснения дублируются визуальными основами (изображениями вводимых ЛЕ – Приложение 1)
2) Тренировка на уровне имитации.
T: And now look at the blackboard. You have pictures and words. Join them. (Ex1 Unit 6 I-tools)
P1: (выполняет задание)
T: And now I am going to tell you what I have got among these things. You should say that you have got it too or that you don’t have it. Let’s try. I have got a calculator.
P1: I have got a calculator too.
T: I haven’t a camcorder.
P2: And I have got a camcorder.
Выполняют упражнение до конца.
3) Тренировка на уровне подстановки.
T: And now you should guess what the gadget is.
Ps: (выполняют Ex.2)
T: Thank you. You may sit down. Now look at the blackboard and complete the sentences. P2, you?ll do it at the blackboard.

4) Тренировка на уровне трансформации и репродукции
T: А теперь я хочу, что бы вы узнали у своих соседей по парте то, что я спрошу. Узнай, есть ли у него видео-камера?

5) Аудирование на основе НЛЕ
T: Ok, so now tell me, how we learn about a new iPhone, iPod, or computer.
Ps: (отвечают)
T: What does advertisement mean? In Russian it is реклама. And now you will listen to four pieces of advertisement. Guess what they are about.
Ps: (выполняют аудирование)
6) Закрепление пройденного лексического материала (в игровой форме)
T: Now I am going to give you handouts with three tasks. In the first one you should read the sentence and write down the correct word. The second is a puzzle where you should find the necessary words. The third one is the crossword. It is based on the pictures at the background of your papers. So, do you have any questions? No, so you can start the task.

III. Завершающий этап урока:
1) Подведение итогов:
T: Ok, so you worked great. Your marks are… (выставляет оценки)
2) Домашнее задание:
T: At home I want you to make your own advertisement of some gadgets. And now we will decide who will prepare what gadgets. (раздает ученикам карточки с домашнем заданием). And to make it easier you will have some examples of the advertisement in English. Your second task is to learn words for the dictation.
