Данный урок разработан на основе УМК «English», 6 класс (углубленный уровень), Афанасьева О.В., Михеева И.В.

Средства обучения: УМК, компьютер, проектор, экран, презентация Power Point (Приложение 2), видеофайл (Приложение 1), доска.

Цели:

  • Развивающий аспект – развитие внимания, воображения, памяти, комплексного восприятия информации из разных источников (учебник, учитель, презентация Power Point)
  • Учебный аспект – обобщение знаний по теме «Экология. Человек и природа», совершенствование лексических и грамматических навыков.
  • Воспитательный аспект – формирование положительного отношения к охране окружающей среды и здоровья человека.

Место урока: первый в цикле «Экология».

Виды речевой деятельности: говорение, аудирование.

Режим работы: фронтальный, в парах.

ХОД УРОКА

1. Организационный момент

– Good morning, pupils! I am very glad to see you. (We are glad to see you too)
– How are you today? (Fine)
– Now, we will watch a short cartoon. After it say what we will speak about.

На экране – мультфильм (Приложение 1)

2. Целеполагание. Сообщение плана урока

– What will we speak about today? (Environment)
– Yes! And you know that many things can destroy the environment and us.
– Today we will speak about the environment and things that can help us to keep fit.

(Приложение 2, слайд 1)

3. Речевая зарядка. Актуализация знаний

– Look! Here we have a crossword! (Слайды 2-12)
– Look at the crossword and name:

  1. Something that kills people or animal if it is swallowed. (Рoison)
  2. Not hurt, not in danger, not dangerous. (Safe)
  3. A place where rubbish is left. (Dump)
  4. Something that is used to kill or hurt people in a fight or a war. (Weapon)
  5. A number of people who live in a place, country, etc. (Population)
  6. Making water, air, atmosphere dirty and dangerous for people and animals to live in. (Pollute)
  7. 1000 kilograms. (Ton)
  8. A situation where there is not enough of something. (Shortage)
  9. Material which was used and is no longer wanted. (Waste)

– Great! And we have one more word. Look! №10. What word can be here?
– Health? (Yes, it is health.)

4. Совершенствование лексических навыков

– We must be healthy to be happy! What things help us to keep fit? To be healthy?
– Look here! There are the things that help us to keep fit. (Слайд 13)
– What do you think is more important? What is number one for you? And what is next?
– Physical Activity is also very important. But what kinds of physical activity do you know? What can we do in winter?
– In summer?

– Do you know summer sports? Winter sports? Outdoor games?
– Look! Here are some of them. (Слайд 14)
– What should we do every day?
– Do you do morning exercises?  And you?
– Do you play outdoor games in winter and in summer?

– Food is also very important in our life. What healthy food do you know?
– Let’s work with the names of the products. Name only healthy products! (Слайд 15)

– Also, we know that our body can suffer from bad ecology. What parts of body do you know? Name them!

Ученики называют части тела, которые им уже известны.

– Now we will play a bit. Stand up. I name a problem and you show or raise the part of the body that can suffer from it. If the whole body suffers- then hop.

For example: Unhealthy food- you show your stomach. Is it clear? Great! (Слайды 16-24)
– Let’ begin:

Traffic noise

Nuclear radiation
Poisoned water
Bad food
Little physical activity
Radiation from the sun

– Thanks! Sit down!

5. Совершенствование грамматических навыков

– Now we are going to work in pairs. Interview your partner. Ask him or her: 1. What does he do to keep fit? 2. What does he do when he falls ill? 3. Does he go in for sports?

– Make notes. You have 3 minutes.

– Now. P1 please, ask P2 about his\her partner two questions. For example: P1:What does P3 do to keep fit? And P2 answer : P3 does morning exercises every day.  Is it clear? (Слайд 25)

6. Домашнее задание

– At home think what you should do to be healthy and write 8-10 sentences about it. It is your home task!

7. Подведение итогов

– На доске висит таблица из 3 колонок. Ученики по очереди подходят к доске и приклеивают 3 стикера, оценивая урок.

– Today we remembered things that help us to be healthy. On your desks you have three stickers. Take your stickers and stick it to the board. If you think that the lesson was important stick it here. If not-stick there. If it was interesting stick here and if it was easy – stick there.
