Ход урока
1. Организационный момент. (1-2 мин.) Сообщение темы и целей урока.
Good morning, children! Get ready for the lesson. Today we are going to speak about appearance and clothes. (Слайд № 1. Презентация)
What date is it today?
2. Фонетическая разминка. (3 мин.)
Look at the blackboard. You can see some words on it. Repeat them after me all together.

A shirt, a T-shirt, a skirt, a blouse, a sweater, a tracksuit, a rucksack, earrings, casual, woolen, casual, cotton, a jumper, a vest, a pullover.
3. Речевая разминка. (10 мин.)
Listen to me and translate the words and word combinations.
(Учащиеся переводят слова и выражения предыдущих уроков, предложенные учителем): повседневная одежда, шерстяной жакет, удобные кроссовки, красивые серьги, хлопковая футболка, шелковая блузка, овальное лицо, прямой нос, светлые волосы, темные волосы, приятный, красивый.

4. Развитие навыков аудирования. (5-7 мин.)
1. Учитель сам читает текст или использует диск к учебнику В.П.Кузовлева. 6 класс. Текст для аудирования (Toman аnd Jane):
- What do you wear to school?
- We don’t have a school uniform. We wear what we like. So I wear something different every day. Today I’m wearing my favourite clothes. (Tom)
- Let me tell you about Tom’s clothes. He’s wearing black jeans, a light-blue shirt and a brown sweater. What about you, Jane?
- At school we do not wear trousers, so I always wear a uniform: a white blouse with a dark skirt. When it’s cold I put on a pullover. But my favourite clothes are jeans or shorts and a top. (Jane)
2. Учащиеся заполняют пропуски в тексте на доске (выходят по одному).

7. Чтение текста по карточкам о том, как люди одеваются в Британии. Учащиеся читают текст про себя, выбирают наиболее подходящий заголовок для него и отвечают на вопросы к тексту. (7-8 мин.)

These days most people in Britain do not wear very formal clothes. But sometimes it is important to wear the right thing. Many British people don’t think about clothes very much. They just like to be comfortable. At the theatres, cinemas and concerts you can put on what you like – from jeans and sweaters to T-shirts and shorts. Anything is OK as long as you look clean and neat.
But men in offices usually wear suits and ties and women wear dresses or skirts (not trousers). Doctors, lawyers and businessmen wear formal clothes. And in some hotels and restaurants men wear ties and women wear smart dresses. Jeans and open shirts are sometimes not allowed. It is difficult to say exactly (точно) what people wear in Britain because everyone is different. If you are not sure what to wear, watch what other people do and then do the same. Or ask the advice of a friend or your host (хозяйка). You’ll feel more relaxed if you don’t look too different from everyone else.
