Задачи урока:
Воспитательные: формирование личности младших школьников через приобщение к мировой культуре.
Развивающие: развитие коммуникативных свойств личности младших школьников, развитие внимания и лингвистической наблюдательности, развитие логического и креативного мышления учащихся.
Образовательные: обучение навыкам аудирования, обучение умению вести диалог-расспрос, формирование навыков чтения и письма, обучение связному монологическому высказыванию.
Оборудование: доска, магнитофон, компьютер, раздаточный материал, визуальные пособия.
Ход урока
Вводная часть.
Good morning, boys and girls. Sit down, please. Today we are going to the zoo. We will create a zoo and settle it. – How are you today? What day is it today? Do you swim on Monday? When do you read and write?
Can you guess the words? Mon/day, Wed/nesday, Frid/ay, Su/nday, Tu/esday, Thur/sday, Satu/rday.
Now put the words in the right order (days of the week).
Pupils, when do you have breakfast? What do you like for breakfast? Guess the words– cnro, rcotra, topota, bbegaac, mja, ssteew, hyneo.
Could you act out the dialogue, please. (Textbook ex.4 p.17)
Let us do exercises and sing the song Alouetta.
Correct the mistakes – teth, fase, ey, noze, nek, aer.
And now we are going to the zoo. Match the words: angry, strong, funny, brown, grey – mouse, bear, crocodile, horse, monkey.
Find the odd word – run, jump, read, swim, go, fly; – five, nine, nice, sixteen, eleven; – meat, porridge, potato, milk, nut; – sad, bad, angry, lazy, take; – monkey, elephant, hen, kangaroo, tiger.
Can you tell me, please, where animals live? (in the forest, in the sea, in the house, on the farm, at the zoo).
Match the animals and the sounds– pig, cat, turkey, duck – mew, hoink, quack, goble. Let’s sing the song Old McDonald.
Many animals live in the zoo. Guess the animals (дети загадывают загадки по образцу упр.4 стр.33 учебника).
Let’s count to twenty. Now we’ll check your homework and read the text of ex.5 p.42.
Some new animals live in our zoo. Let’s see the presentation and do the tasks. (смотрят мультимедиа презентацию о панде и дельфине).
Now we will play Magic box. Please, ask me questions to guess the animal in the box (дети задают вопросы, на которые можно ответить только да или нет) – Is it (big)? Is it (angry)? – Is it (red)? – Can it (swim)? – Does it like (meat)? – Does it live (in the forest)? – Is it (a fox)?
Good of you. I see you know a lot of animals. To finish our visit to the zoo let’s make a table about the animals you like best (see Workbook ex.2 p.24).
