Цели урока:

• Обобщить знания учащихся по теме: “Sports and games”.
• Совершенствовать навыки и умения.

Задачи:

1. Образовательные:

• Углубить и расширить знания учащихся по пройденной теме.
• Закрепить пройденный лексический и грамматический материалы.

2. Развивающие:

• Развитие навыков монологической и диалогической речи.
• Развитие навыков чтения и письма.
• Развитие памяти, логики, мышления, активности учащихся.

3. Воспитательные:

• Повысить мотивацию учащихся к изучению английского языка.
• Воспитать умение работать в парах и индивидуально.
• Привить интерес к спорту.

Оснащение: тематические картинки, карточки с заданиями, плакат с грамматическим материалом по теме: «Личные и притяжательные местоимения», аудиозапись.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент

Приветствие

Учитель: The bell has gone. Stand up, please.

Good morning, boys and girls!
I am glad to see you.

Ученики: Good morning, good morning to you!

Good morning, our teacher,
We are glad to see you.

Речевая зарядка (разговор о погоде и т.д.)

Учитель: Sit down please. Now please answer my questions:

1. Who are on duty today?
2. What date is it today?
3. What day is it today?
4. Who is absent today?
5. What is the weather like today?

OK. Thank you

Учитель задает вопросы, а дежурные отвечают на вопросы учителя (разговор о погоде, о том, кого нет на уроке и т.д.)

Ознакомление с названием, тематикой и задачами урока

Учитель: Today we are going to speak about sports and games. We shall do different exercises: we shall act the dialogues, then we’ll revise some grammar material, listen to the letter and so on.

Учитель: сообщает задачи урока.

II. Фонетическая зарядка (отработка звуков, стихи)

На доске написаны слова на фонетическую отработку звуков.

Учитель: Look at the blackboard and repeat after me.

Will you repeat the words after Sasha?

Ученики: повторяют слова за учителем.

Учитель: Now let’s read the poem.

School is over - we can play
We can play the whole day:
Basketball and volleyball
And the boys can play football.

Now repeat it after me.

Ученики: читают стих, который записан на доске, повторяя за учителем.

Учитель: Now please look at the screen. There are some pictures with different kinds of sport. Look at them and say what kinds of sport hey are.

1. Can you play football?
2. Can you play basketball?
3. Can you play volleyball?
4. Do you like to play badminton?
5. Does your friend play table tennis?
6. Does your father play tennis?
7.  What sports games do you play?

Проверка домашнего задания (диалогическая речь).

Учитель: What is your homework for today? Act the dialogues, please. Who wants to start?

Ученики в парах разыгрывают диалоги по теме: “Sports and games”.

Dialogue №1

Stephen: Hello, Pete.

Pete: Hello, Stephen. What are you doing here? I haven't seen you here before.

Stephen: This is the first time I've been to this sports centre and I like it very much.

Pete: So do I. Yeah, it's great. You can do a lot here. I like weight training.

Stephen: I don't. I like basketball, volleyball and tennis. Would you like to play volleyball with me?

Pete: Yeah, great. What about 5 o'clock tomorrow?

Stephen: OK. See you tomorrow then.

Pete: Bye.

Dialogue №2

Dan: Do you like sports?

Bob: Yes, I do.

Dan: What sports do you go in for?

Bob: I go in for hockey in winter and football in summer. And what about you?

Dan: I like skating in winter and volleyball and tennis in summer.

Bob: Can you play tennis well?

Dan: Yes, I can. And what sport game can you play well?

Bob: I think I can play hockey well. I want to be a sportsman.

Dan: Oh, that’s fine.

Закрепление грамматического материала по теме: «Личные и притяжательные местоимения».

Учитель: Let’s remember our grammar material “Personal and possessive pronouns”. Look at the blackboard. There is a table. Your task is to fill the gaps.

Ученики: заполняют недостающие пропуски в таблице.

Учитель: Now open your textbooks at p. 241. Do the next task (ex. № 24). Use the right form of the pronoun to complete the sentences.

1. This is (my, mine) team.
2. The picture is (my, mine).
3. Is (her, hers) big or small?
4. (Our, Ours) skates are better than (your, yours).
5. She is an old friend of (my, mine).
6. Where are (their, theirs) children?
7. Is he a friend of (your, yours)?

IV. Физкультминутка

Учитель: Now let’s have a rest. Nikita, come to the blackboard and start doing exercises, and your classmates will repeat them after you.

V. Основная часть урока №2

Аудирование

Учитель: Today we received the letter from Olya. She writes about her friend Masha and her interests.

Answer some questions:

1. How old is Masha?
2. What kind of sport was she fond of when she was a little girl?
3. Why did Masha like this kind of sport?
4. Why couldn’t she go swimming?
5. What other hobbies has she got?

Ученики внимательно прослушают запись. Потом отвечают на вопросы.

Учитель: Ok. Well done. Thank you for your work.

Сканворд

Учитель: Now please take these copies. At first find the words, concerning with the topic “Sport and Games”.

Ученики находят слова по теме «Спорт» с русскими эквивалентами. (Приложение 1)

Составление слов из слова “championship”.

Учитель: Your next task is to make up, as many words as you can, from the word “championship”.

Ученики: составляют как можно больше слов из слова “championship”.

Выполнение упражнений из учебника.

Учитель: Now please open your textbooks at p. 243. Look at the exercise № 5. Make up the true sentences.

Учитель: Turn the page. Do exercise № 7.

Ученики выполняют задания (составляют предложения).

VI. Объявление домашнего задания

Учитель: Now please open your diaries. Write down your home task. You should write a letter to Mike, write about yourself and answer the questions.

Ученики: записывают домашнее задание.

VII. Подведение итогов урока

Учитель: Thank you for your work. I think we’ll stop there. Don’t forget to give me your diaries. I’ll give you a mark. The lesson is over. Goodbye.

Учитель: подводит итоги урока и оценивает работу учеников.
