- Активизация в речи лексических единиц по теме, развитие умения пользоваться речевыми моделями.
- Обобщение лексического материала в аудировании и чтении по теме «Одежда».
- Развитие навыка чтения с извлечением необходимой информации.
Развивающий аспект:
- Развитие готовности к коммуникации на основе предложенного речевого материала.
- Развитие способности к сопоставлению и сравнению предметов, самостоятельности, умению сотрудничать, к логическому изложению, к формированию выводов.
Воспитательный аспект: формирование чувства взаимопомощи, поддержки, сопереживания, вежливости.
Методы: стимулирование обучения, самостоятельная частично-поисковая работа учащихся, наглядно-визуальный метод.
Структура урока: обобщение и закрепление изученного материала с использованием элементов ИКТ.
Оборудование: компьютер, видеопроектор, раздаточный материал (карточки по теме «Одежда»).

Участники команд входят под музыку и занимают свои места.
I. Вступительная часть.
Good morning everybody. We are pleased to see you in the lesson. It`s unusual
today as it`s a competition devoting to clothing.
You`ve read many texts, done exercises and got useful information about the
clothes. The competition will show your achievements and your knowledge of the
matter. We wish you success and good luck. We hope every team will do their best
to win the competition.
II. Представление команд.
First of alll I`d like to introduce you the members of our jury: ...........
As you see we have some guests today. I hope they`re your fans.
Now it`s time to introduce yourselves our teams.
The first team please.
Captain of the 1st team: Hi! We are "Caps". I`m the captain. My name is ... We `re six in the team. Our slogan says: "Six hands better than one hand".
У членов этой команды на головах кепки разных цветов.
Let`s get acquainted with the second one.
Captain of the 2nd team: My name is .... I`m the captain of the team "Scarves". And our slogan says: “No venture – no game”.
У членов этой команды повязаны на шеях разноцветные шарфики.
III. Основная часть.
1. Видео-конкурс.
Let me check up your memory about the topic Clothing. And I`ll see how attentive you are. I`ll show a video clip There are many different clothes there. You should look at the screen carefully and remember the clothes as much as you can. After watching the clip you`d present the list of seeing clothes and add another outer and inner garments as well.

Поочередно члены команды перечисляют все виды одежды, которую они увидели на экране, и которой не было в видео файле, но она изучалась в теме. За каждый правильный ответ по одному баллу.

Now will you get down to the second competition.
2 конкурс. Аудирование.
We` re going to play the dialogue in the shop. I`ve got three tasks for you.
The first one is to listen to the dialogue carefully and make up the list all
the things which you can hear.
The second one is to find out what colour some of them are.
And the third one is to get what things did Mrs. Smith buy?
I guess you`re good listeners.

Перед прослушиванием дается три задания. Первое, прослушать диалог и
составить список всех услышанных видов одежды. Второе, какого цвета были
некоторые из них и третье, какие все-таки вещи купила миссис Смит.
Разыгрывается диалог между продавцом и покупателем. Участники обеих команд
внимательно слушают его, обсуждают в командах правильные ответы и затем
отвечают. За каждый правильный ответ по одному баллу.
Now it`s time to know the score for the first and the second competitions.

3 конкурс. Загадки.

Dear boys and girls will you have a look on a screen again. There are some models on it (рисунок 1). I`ll read riddles and you should guess who he or she is.

На экране появляются фото (рисунок 1) с моделями. Их немного больше, чем загадок.
Рядом с каждой подписано имя. Каждой команде по очереди загадывается по две
загадки. Необходимо догадаться по описанию о ком идет речь.
Команда получает по одному баллу за каждый правильный ответ.
Физкультурная минутка.
I think you`re tired let`s have a rest a little.
4 конкурс. Хорошо ли вы знаете друг друга.
Now it`s a game between the teams. We would like to find out if you know well each other. Who will do the starting first?
Утверждение: I think ... (Саша) likes to wear ... (jeans).
Утвердительный ответ 1: Yes and ... (caps) too. Tastes differ (или They suit me so well).
Отрицательный ответ 2: No, I like to wear ... (dresses). Tastes differ (или They suit me so well).
Суть конкурса: член, например, первой команды выражает предположение по поводу привязанностей к одежде о любом члене из второй команды. Тот, о ком идет речь, в свою очередь либо соглашается, либо нет с выдвинутым предположением. Итак, о каждом члене команд. Участвуют все. Перед учащимися находятся приведенные выше модели. Их можно урезать.
Команда получает по одному баллу за правильный развернутый ответ.
Итоги жюри. Dear members of the jury would you inform us about the score for the two last competitions.
5 конкурс. Конкурс капитанов.
Now it`s time to see whose captain is the best. I`m sure you`ll deal with the problem very well. There is a snake-word on your tables. How many words can you find it? You have only 30 seconds for the task. The game will win who will be the quickest and find the most number of words.
Первое задание.
Капитанам предлагается цепочка из слов:
- Sweaterfroglovesocksthinkskirtightsdogmittenscapovercoathorsetrousers.
В течении 30 секунд они должны найти как можно больше слов. Побеждает тот, кто быстрее справится заданием и найдет большее количество слов.
Второе задание.
One of you will start doing the statement and another captain should finish it.
Who will do the talking first?
Капитан, например, первой команды начинает предложение When it`s cold ...
Капитан второй команды продолжает предложение I usually put ... on my ... (feet head hands ...)
Затем капитан второй команды начинает: When it`s hot ... а капитан первой заканчивает это утверждение.
5 баллов дается тому капитану, чье предложение будет наиболее распространенным.
6 конкурс. Собрать текст.

Next competition is to read the text and arrange its parts in the logical order according to the pictures (рисунок 2). There are two different texts in pieces on the tables. There is extra information in each text. Who will be the quickest and arrange parts correctly according to the pictures will win the competition.

На экране появляется слайд с изображением двух моделей: девушки и парня (рисунок 2). Каждой команде дается по тексту, разрезанному на кусочки. Кроме необходимой информации в тексте присутствует еще и дополнительная. В соответствии с представленной моделью и предметами одежды приложенными к изображению, участники должны составить из кусочков текст.
Побеждает та команда, которая быстро и правильно соберет текст в соответствии с картинкой. Победившей команде присуждается 10 баллов.
7. Музыкальный конкурс.
While we are singing a song the jury is counting the final scores.
Do you like singing songs? Let`s do it then!
В то время пока жюри подсчитывают результаты, учащиеся поют песню. Можно ее инсценировать и поставить по пять баллов каждой команде за исполнение. Можно подобрать свой вариант песни для конкурса.
