Урок в 4 классе по учебнику И.Н. Верещагиной, О.В. Афанасьевой “Английский язык 4” для школ с углубленным изучением английского языка, лицеев, гимназий.
Цель урока: обобщить знания по теме “The place we live in”.
Задачи урока:
- повторить лексические единицы по теме “The place we live in”;
- повторить структуру “to be going to”;
- формировать умение задавать альтернативные и разделительные вопросы;
- развивать навыки аудирования по теме “Houses in Great Britain”;
- развивать навыки устной речи по теме “My Flat/House”;
- воспитать бережное отношение и любовь к дому и к школе, как ко второму дому.
Оборудование:
- компьютер, проектор, экран,
- презентация Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ход урока
I. Приветствие, тема, задачи.
Hello, children! How are you? We are having an unusual lesson today! We are visiting a British family and helping them to get a burglar out of the house! Then we are going to visit some of your friends and see where and how they live! (presentation, slide 1)
II. Речевая разминка.
Do you live in a flat or in a house?
What proverbs about homes do you remember? Ученики вспоминают пословицы, пословицы появляются на экране, дети повторяют пословицы за учителем и самостоятельно. (slide 2)
III. Игра “Прогони грабителя из дома”.
Look at the screen. What can you see? (slide 3 – it is a house). Do you like the house? Do you want to live in this house? But there is a burglar in the house!(slide 4) Are you afraid of the burglar? Can you help me? Let`s find the burglar and turn him out of the house.
1. Повторение структуры “to be going to...” (вопросительная форма).
The house is locked (slide 5). If you want to get the key, guess, what these people are going to do.
e.g. Is the boy going to...? (slides 6-14) Дети угадывают, что собираются делать люди на картинках, задавая общие вопросы по образцу. Если ответ правильный, то он появляется на экране, и учитель переходит к следующему слайду.
2. Повторение структуры “to be going to...” (утвердительная форма), повторение лексики по теме “Мебель в гостиной.
Well done, children! Look, what is it? It is the key to the house (slide 15). Come in! Where are you? (slide 16 – we are in the hall). What do we usually do in the hall? (We take off our clothes.) What`s the matter? (slide 17) The next door is locked! And what`s this? (slide 18) There is a lot of furniture! Furnish the sitting room and you will get the key to it!
e.g. I am going to put the... Дети расставляют мебель в гостиной и дверь в комнату открывается.
3. Повторение лексики по теме “Кухня”.
Here we are! (slide 19) What room is it? What do people usually do in the sitting room?
And what`s this? (slide 20 - It is a kitchen) Do you like it? Why? What do we do in the kitchen? Let`s go upstairs! But what`s the matter? The door is locked! Who locked it? The burglar!
Describe the kitchen and I will give you the key to it! (Дети описывают кухню и дверь открывается).
4. Развитие умения задавать альтернативные вопросы.
Where are we going now? (slide 21 - upstairs) Here is a bedroom! (slide 22) What do we usually do in the bedroom? Who locked the door again? The burglar did! I think he is afraid of us! Ask
- or questions about the bedroom and he will open the door!
e.g. Is the standard lamp near the bed or near the window?
Are the.....? (slide 23)
Справившись с этим заданием, учащиеся видят убегающего грабителя.
5. Развитие умения задавать разделительные вопросы.
Well done, children! And suddenly you see the burglar! (slide 24) He has run away so quickly, that you don`t remember some things. Ask questions for more information (slide 25)
It happened suddenly, ...?
The burglar was in the kitchen, ...?
He was lovely, ...?
The burglar took nothing, ...?
He took a lot of expensive things, ...?
We didn`t call the police, ...?
It is important to lock the door, ...?
You always lock the door, ...?
Дети заканчивают вопросы, а учитель открывает их на экране.
IV. Физкультминутка.
Well done, children! Are you tired? Let`s have a rest and do some exercises (slide 26).
Stand up! Step! Step!
Arms up! Clap, clap!
Arms down!
Turn around!
Hop, hop, hop! Stop!
Turn left! Clap! Clap!
Turn right! Clap! Clap!
Nod your head and turn around!

V. Развитие навыков аудирования, просмотр фильма о домах в Британии.
You are good children, you`ve turned the burglar out of the house! The family who lives in the house invites you to visit them . Do you want to visit a typical English family? You are welcome!
1. Введение новой лексики.
Here are some words for you to remember: (slides 27-32)
To relax - отдыхать
To be interested in - интересоваться
A kettle - чайник
A microwave – микроволновая печь
A caravan - вагончик
Buckingham Palace – Букингемский Дворец (the English Queen lives in it!)
2. Watch the film and be ready to answer the questions (slide 33).
3. Проверка навыков аудирования. Дети получают по три карточки с буквами A, B, C соответственно. Их задача – выбрать правильный вариант из трёх, предложенных учителем , и показать карточку. Ответы проверяются сразу же, верные ответы остаются на экране, неверные исчезают.

VI. Развитие навыков устной речи по теме “Мой дом”.
And what about Russian people? Where do they live? Where do you live? (slide 42)
e. g. I live at number 36 Leningradskaya street.
Tell me about the place you live in. (Детям давалось задание сделать презентацию о своём доме или квартире. В мою презентации вставлены фрагменты презентации одной из учениц. Слайды 43-46.) Отвечающему ребёнку предлагается допустить одну неточность, несоответствие рассказа фотографии . Дети должны слушать внимательно, чтобы понять, где была допущена ошибка.
VII. Беседа о школе как о втором доме. Отработка модального глагола must (отрицательная форма).
How much time do you spend at school, children? (slide 47) Five or six hours, don`t you? Is school your second house? Say what you must or mustn`t do at school (slides 48-51). Фотографии в презентации сделаны самими учениками в своей родной школе. Детям интересно посмотреть на себя и свои поступки со стороны. Это упражнение имеет большое воспитательное значение.
e. g. We don`t dance on the table at home and we mustn`t dance on the desk at school.
Use the words: shout, run upstairs and downstairs, draw on the desk, get on well with.
VIII. Подведение итогов, домашнее задание.
