Проблема: Society is multicultural: what do we know about subcultures?
Цель образовательная: применение на практике языковых и речевых ЗУН; обучение и активизация навыков аудитивного восприятия диалогического текста современного разговорного языка; отработка и активизация в речи в речи нового и ранее изученного языкового материала; повторение ранее изученных грамматических единиц.
Цель развивающая: развитие общих познавательных способностей; развитие мыслительных операций (синтеза, анализа, обобщения); развитие внимания, воображения, речевых навыков, аудитивного восприятия текста.
Цель воспитательная: развитие познавательного к реалиям современной жизни молодых людей в России и Великобритании; развитие чувства уверенности в своих силах, развитие чувства ответственности и патриотизма.
Применяемые принципы:
- принцип сознательности;
- принцип активности;
- принцип наглядности;
- принцип прочности усвоения учебного материала;
- коммуникативный принцип;
- воспитывающий принцип.
Ход урока
I. Приветствие. Целеполагание на экране (слайд с названием темы урока).
T. Good morning. I`m very glad to see you all. How are you? Today we continue to speak about subcultures. During our lesson we`ll speak about different subcultures and their relationship, we`ii become members of the conference? Then we`ll visit UK. We`re going to listen to the conversation about Madonna`s show and play roles of music singers. We`ll revise grammar material and recycle lexical material. So, let`s begin:
II. Основной этап.
1. Речевая зарядка.
T.- As I`ve already said? We continue to speak about subcultures.
T.-You see that young people have a particular relationship with the world. There are many groupings that have interests different from those of the mainstream culture. A particular cultural grouping is a way for young people to express their individuality.
T-As for me, I think it`s great to be young. You can choose a lot of things to do and you can represent your personality as you wish.
T.- And how do you think if it is god to be young?

T.- Right you are. Thank you.
2. Работа по учебнику. Устная речь по теме.
T.- We live in the society and it`s normal to have friends.
T.- Do you have any friends joining different subcultures? Or may be any of you are members of different organisations for young people?
(ответы учеников, предположительно отрицательные)
T. - well, I see: so, I propose you to speak about different subcultures you can join.
T. -What subcultures do you know? Look at the screen and read them all.

T.- Now open your books Unit 3, lesson 1. Look through all these texts we`ve already read.
3. Ролевая игра.
T.- Now I propose you to play a little. Imagine that you have come to the conference to discuss the problems of the young generation.
T.- You all are members of different subcultures and your task is to explain why your group is the best of all.
T.- you will have the chief of the conference. For example (имя ученика наиболее владеющего коммуникативной компетенцией и хорошо усвоившего предлагаемый лексико-грамматический материал). Your task is to rule the conference. Ask them to make groups of 3-4 students. Give them possibility to understand who they are and propose them to make a choice (Предложить учащимся карточки с названием разных субкультур и попросить их наугад выбрать одну карточку для одной группы). They may use all the information from the screen. It`s necessary to prepare questions to each other.

Role playing.
Ответы учеников: ведущий конференции руководит работой групп, их ответами и просит задавать друг другу вопросы. Если ученики затрудняются с вопросами, то ведущий помогает.
T.- Thank you very much. I like your work. Now I see how different you are.
T.- We know that different subcultures have very different music styles.
T.- Do you know world famous singers representatives of any subcultures?

4. Предтекстовый этап аудирования.
T.- You are absolutely right. Do you know where Madonna lives?
Ответ учеников, содержащий информацию о том, что Мадонна живет в Лондоне.
T.- And now I propose you to visit Great Britain and to listen to the opinions of British men about Madonna`s concert.

T,- Let me introduce Simon, John and Natalie. They have visited Madonna`s show. So, they speak about their emotions.
T.- We`re going to listen to their conversation. But before it new expressions.

T.- We`re going to listen to it twice. It will be presented in a so high speed. For the first time I want you to only to listen to it. While listening for the second time take some notes to get as much information as you can.
5. Аудирование текста. Приложение №!.
6. Послетекстовы й этап.Обработка полученной информации.
T.- Do you like the conversation? Was it clear for you?
Ответы учеников.
T.- Good if it`s clear for you , let`s play again. Imagine that, for example. (имя ученика) has visited thst show and heard the conversation among Simon, John and Natalie. (Имя ученика) wants not only to represent his/her own emotions but the attitude of our main characters to the Madonna`s show.
T.- You all are (Имя ученика)`s friends and you want to get more information that`s why you ask her /him your questions. Are you ready?

T.- Do you have any questions to (Имя ученика)?

T.- Thank you. I think we have got a lot of facts about Madonna`s show.
T.-What conclusion could we do speaking about the attitude of British men about Madonna`s concert.
Спросить 2 учеников.
T.- You are right. A lot of people - a lot of points of view. Let`s say good bye to our main characters.
7. Диалогическая речь по теме.
T.- Being in Britain we have possibility to visit one of the most popular music talk-show "Conversations with stars".
Слайд с названием передачи.
T.- Look at the screen, please. There are 2 very popular singers. The first one is the megastar Ricky Martin and the second- the young star Corbin Bleu. Let`s play their roles (раздать карточки с диалогами).
T.- We are the guests of the talk-show. After reading to the conversation you all can ask questions to our stars. And the task of our stars is to imagine their answers. Well, who plays the role of Ricky Martin and Corbin Bleu and of the journalists?
T.- Let`s begin. Let me introduce Mr. Martin and the journalist Mr. Johns.

T.- Thanks Mr. Martin and Mr. Johns. Do you have any questions to our star?
Ученики задают 3-4 вопроса играющему роль Р. Мартина.
T.- Thanks Mr. Martin. We are glad that you have visited you show.
T.- And now it`s your time Corbin. Nice to see you here. Your interviewer - Mr. Simpson.

T.- Thanks Corbin, Thanks Mr. Simpson. Do you have any questions?

T.- Thanks Corbin. Wish you good luck.
T.- Our show is over. I think it was very interesting for you to speak to music stars!
III. Заключительный этап урока. Подведение итогов.
T.- What subcultures do they present?
Ответы учеников.
T.- You see that the representatives of different subcultures have real misunderstanding. Don`t you think that it`s a problem? Could you try to find reasons to decide this problem of the relationship among members of different subcultures?

T.- Look at the screen, please. There are some points or may be rules which could help people to live in peace?
T.- What should they do to live in peace? Let`s read all the points. Now think a little and answer the questions.

T.- How right you are. I think we tried to decide the problem, but it depends not only on us, but on all the people all over the world.

T.- And as a conclusion I can tell that you may be a member of any subculture because it`s your choice. You have the right to live as you wish, but you have to respect all personalities. You have not to be aggressive, be polite and clever.
T.- Thanks for the lesson. I like your answers very much. And now I want you to analyze your work and point out what was difficult for you.
