T. Thank you. We can say. “There is no fish in the soup”. And we can say “There isn’t any fish in the soup”. Which sentence is true. Find the answer to this question in the rule on page 110.

T. Match the pictures and the sentence. So as we have understood there is food we can count. There is food we can’t count. But is sometimes not easy to say what is countable and uncountable. Try to do it.
Remember! Если мы говорим о какой-то порции еды, то мы говорим some cake. А если мы говорим о еде и имеем ввиду её количество (штуки, бутылки, пакеты) мы говорим – some apples, some cakes.
