В данной работе дана лишь малейшая единица всех правил связанных с косвенной речью, знать которые обязан каждый ученик желающий владеть английским языком. Правильное построение косвенной речи важно для корректного разговора.

Цели урока:

  1. Формирование грамматических навыков;
  2. Трансформация предложений в косвенную речь
  3. Трансформация вопросительных предложений в косвенную речь
  4. Формирование грамматических навыков: просьбы и команды в косвенной речи
  5. Тренировка употребление грамматики: косвенная речь

Задачи:

1. Обеспечить работу по формированию грамматических навыков:

  • познакомить с грамматическим материалом по теме “Reported Speech”;
  • обеспечить тренировку нового грамматического материала в языковых и речевых упражнениях

2. Развивать умение анализировать и сопоставлять новое грамматическое явление с аналогичным по смыслу и назначению грамматическим явлением в родном языке

Оборудование: мультимедийная презентация, компьютер, проектор

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент.

Today at the lesson you will learn to report someone’s words in a grammatically correct way, to transform questions into the reported speech and to give commands.

II. Речевая разминка.

Look at the blackboard. Match the words from the two columns to make up word combinations.

Запись на доске.1 колонка: beautiful, ancient, doubtless, no, listen to, climb, merry, grey

2 колонка: castle facts, palm, music, Christmas, comb, doubt, lamb

(Word combinations: a beautiful comb; an ancient castle; doubtless facts; no doubt, listen to music; climb a palm; merry Christmas; a grey lamb.)

– Use these word combinations in the sentences of your own.

Примерный ответ:

My father presented a beautiful comb to my Mum.
It was so exciting to enter the ancient castle.
He presented us doubtless facts and we stopped arguing.
"It's false, no doubt", – said Mr. White.
Teenagers like to listen to rock music.
Have you ever climbed a palm?

English people celebrate Christmas on the 25th of December, they congratulate each other and say: "Merry Christmas!"

Our sheep has three little grey lambs.

III. Введение грамматики.

– As I've said, you will learn to report our friends' and other people's thoughts. Look at the presentation you see two columns of sentences. (Слайд 2)

In the left column there are the sentences in the direct speech. In the right column they are transformed into the reported speech. Read the examples and compare. Say what people use the direct and reported speech for.

– Now look at the sentences attentively and say what changed there? Later you will see what other changes there can be.

– Learn to define the reported speech. Read the dialogue (Слайд 3). Find the sentence with the reported speech. Read them one by one. (Dad says that he's lost his voice. He says it isn't a joke. He says he went to football match last night. He says he would like some toast with honey.)

– Before we continue have a short rest.

V. Совершенствование грамматических навыков.

– Study the rule about changes that happen when we report someone's speech. Read and remember. At home prepare a table with changes:

1. Sequence of Tenses (Слайд 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)

2. Modal Verbs (Слайд 11)

3. Demonstrative pronouns, time and place markers (Слайд 12)

4. Personal and possessive pronouns (Слайд 13)

– It's time for you to have a drill. Make necessary changes to report the statements. (Слайд 14)

Then we'll check it up.

– Now learn to use questions into reported speech:

1. General Questions (Слайд 15)

2. Special Wh – Questions (Слайд 17, 18)

– Make necessary changes to report the questions (Слайд 16, 19)

– And let’s use the commands in the reported speech (Слайд 20, 21)
