Задачи:

1. Развивать умения и навыки устной речи:

  • учить воспринимать на слух небольшой текст с извлечением нужной информации;
  • учить рассказывать о герое на основе прочитанного текста.

2. Развивать умения и навыки в чтении:

  • учить технике чтения вслух (соотносить графический образ слова с его звуковым образом);
  • учить читать про себя и понимать основное содержание несложного текста, находить в нем нужную информацию.

3. Учить употреблять в речи существительные в притяжательном падеже (Possessive Case).

Оборудование: компьютер, проектор, экран или ИД.

Оснащение урока: учебник "Enjoy English 3 класс" М.З. Биболетовой, рабочая тетрадь к учебнику, обучающая компьютерная программа "Enjoy Listening and Playing", презентация, карточки с предложениями, из которых нужно выбрать верные и неверные, конверты с письмами для рефлексии.

Ход урока

I. Организационный этап урока.

1. Оргмомент.

Good morning, children. I’m very glad to see you. Sit down please.

2. Речевая зарядка.

– How are you?

– How old are you?

– When is your birthday?

– Have you got a pet?

3. Сообщение темы и задач урока.

Today we have an unusual lesson. We’ll meat a new girl Diana who came to Green School, we’ll read letters from British children and we’ll learn how to speak about our new friends. So, the theme of our lesson is “Writing Letters to Friends”.

4. Фонетическая зарядка.

But first of all let’s train our tongues. Ex. 3, p. 84 (компьютерная программа) – listen and read the words (чтение вслух).

II. Основной этап.

1. Аудирование с целью извлечения нужной информации.

  1. When we meet people for the first time, what questions do we ask them? (What is your name? How old are you? Where are you from? When is your birthday?)
  2. Open your books at page 84, ex.1. Now let’s listen to the dialogue between Mr. Greenwood and Diana. Listen and say what these numbers mean. What numbers are here? What do they mean? Read the example.
  3. Прослушивание диалога Ех.1, р.84 (компьютерная программа).
  4. Ответ на вопрос: Что означают эти числа.
  5. Listen to the dialogue once more and try to remember Diana’s answers.

2. Работа с компьютером. Аудирование и чтение.

Now listen to the questions of Mr. Greenwood and choose the right Diana’s answer (Дети слушают вопрос, с помощью компьютера выбирают правильный ответ).

3. Проверка домашнего задания.

  1. Diana says that she has got 9 pets. Whose pеts are these? (слайд 1).
  2. WB ex.2, p.52- учащиеся вычитывают правильные ответы, называют какие вещи кому принадлежат и проверяют написанное при помощи презентации (слайд 2, 3).

4. Физкультминутка (слайд 4).

I see you are tired. Please, stand up, let’s do our morning exercises.

5. Работа в группах. Чтение с целью извлечения основной и необходимой информации.

  1. Слайд 5 . Children, we have got letters from British friends. Ex.4, p.84-85. You sit in groups, so the 1st group read the 1st letter, the 2nd group – the 2nd letter, the 3rd group – the 3rd letter. The new words are in the table.
  2. Read and say the names of your new friends.
  3. Работа с карточками. Read the sentences and decide which sentences are true and which are false:
    Card 1. 1) Evan’s birthday is in spring (T)
    2) He lives in London. (F) – He lives in Boston.
    Card 2. 1) Andrew has got three pets (T)
    2) He has got a little brother (F) – He has got a little sister.
    Card 3. 1) Diana has got three sisters (F) – She has got a brother and two sisters.
    2) Diana is from the USA (F) – Diana is from Great Britain.
  4. Слайд 6. All groups answer the questions:
    – Who is 7 years old? (Diana)
    – Who has got his birthday on the 15th of March? (Evan)
    – Who has got two nice birds? (Andrew)
    – Who is in the 2nd form? (Diana)

6. Говорении на основе прочитанного.

Слайд 7. What can you say about your new friends? Cоставление предложений по схеме:

  • Evan / Andrew / Diana is from…
  • He / she is … years old.
  • His / her birthday is …
  • He / she lives …
  • He / she has got…

III. Заключительный этап.

1. Итог урока. Рефлексия.

Слайд 8. Our lesson comes to the end. Do you like it? Then I think you must write a letter to your new friends and tell them about our work. Take the envelope, please. It is written: «The work is…» Choose one word (great, well done, very good, good, not bad, bad) and write it. Put the letter into the letterbox.
