Цели урока:
- Активизация лексики по теме «Профессии» в речи учащихся.
- Развитие навыков аудирования, чтения, устной речи.
- Совершенствование навыков размышления по теме.
- Обучение вопросно-ответной работе по теме.
Оборудование: картинки по теме «Профессии», жетоны для игры «Аукцион», атрибуты профессий.
Оснащение: магнитофон, лингафон (наушники для прослушивания), презентация по теме «Профессии».
ХОД УРОКА.
I. Организационный момент
1) Приветствие
Тeacher: Good morning, dear friends.
Class: Good morning!
Teacher:
We ought to study English
To have good luck and mood
Let’s prove at our lesson
That all jobs are good.
2) Беседа с дежурным
Teacher: Who is on duty?
– Who is absent?
– What date is it today?
– What day is it today?
3) Краткая беседа с учащимися (о профессии родителей)
– What is your mother?
– What is your father?
– Where does your mother work?
– Where does your father work?
– Does your father / mother like his/ her job?
– Do you like your parents professions?
– What are you going to be?
Вступительное слово учителя
Teacher: We have an unusual lesson today. We shall continue our talk about different jobs on the way to London. I want you to prove that all jobs are good. I hope that you are ready for our English lesson.
II. Фонетическая зарядка
a) Teacher: It’s time to practice today’s Vocabulary. Please, read and write down these words.
(На доске транскрипции слов, учащиеся записывают словами)
Policeman, pilot, driver, cook, shop assistant, doctor, teacher, lawyer, dancer, interpreter.
b) Teacher: Put on your headphones, please. Let’s listen to the cassette and repeat the poem. “What are you going to be?”
c) T.: Put off your headphones, please. Try to recite your own poems about what you are going to be (учащиеся рассказывают свои стихи).
III. Речевая разминка. Игра «Аукцион»
T.: And now I want you to play the game ”Auction”. Be active and remember as many English words as you can. Let’s begin.
a) At first name the jobs, please (учащиеся называют названия
профессий).
b) Let’s remember the characteristics of people (перечисляют
характерные черты людей).
c) Can you name the places of work (называют места работы).
T.: Well done .Thank you.
IV. Развитие навыков устной речи. Заполнение таблицы ответами учащихся
T.: Look at the screen and try to complete the table. If you do this exercise well, we’ll go to London.

V. Ролевая игра. Путешествие в Лондон
T.: We like to travel . Would you like to visit London? We shall work in three groups .The first group is the service group, the second group is the tourist group and on the third group there are our guests.
Pupil 1: Dear guests, we invite you to London. Would you like to go to London?
T.: Let’s sing the song.
The more we are together, together, together.
The more we are together the happier we are.
Imagine that you are people of different jobs. Choose one of these jobs (учащиеся прикрепляют к груди названия профессий и выбирают атрибуты).
T.: Who is the leader of the group?
P1: I am a teacher, that’s why I am a leader of a group . I can
teach children (высказывания о профессии учителя).
We are going to London. Please, introduce yourself. What are you? Where do you work? What
can you do?
P2: I am a lawyer … (о профессии юриста,
адвоката)
P3: I am a computer programmer… (о профессии
программиста)

T.: We need tickets. Listen to the conversation at the book office.
– Can I help you?
– I’d like to reserve tickets for a group of tourists to London.
– No problem. Are you going to travel first class or economy?
– We want to book seats in economy class.
– That’s right. Here they are.

(Руководитель группы раздает билеты пассажирам).
T.: We have got our tickets to London.
– We are at the airport. Whom can we meet and need at the airport?
P1: Stewardess, policeman…
T.: Meet some of them!
Pilot – Good morning! I am a pilot. I work at the airport. I can fly an airplane. Pilots fly people from place to place. They are responsible for the safety of their passengers. Welcome to our plane!
Stewardess: Dear, friends! Our plane is going to London! Fasten your belts, please. I wish you a good flight!
Policeman: Good morning!
I am a policeman. I work in the police station. We enforce laws. We catch criminals. We
work in all kinds of weather. Now show me your tickets and passport, please (проверяет
паспорта и билеты). It’s all right! You may go.
Cook: I am a cook. I work in the cafe. I cook tasty things. Take the menu, please and order what you would like.

Cook: Here you are.
Doctor: I am a doctor. Doctors help people to be healthy. If you feel bad, please address to me. I’ll help you.
Psychologist: I am a psychologist. As a rule psychologists study the human mind. Psychologists help people deal with problems of everyday living. They must be good with people. I can help you with your behavior problems.
Guide: Good morning, our guests! I am a guide. I have to order the excursion around London. What would you like to visit in London and why?
P1: As for me, I am a designer and I’d like to visit Tower of London
because it was fortress, palace, prison and now it is a museum.
P2: I am a watch maker and I’d like to visit Big Ben.
P3: I am a shop assistant, that’s why I’d like to go to the shopping
center.
P4: I work in the museum. I’d like to go sightseeing around
London.

T.: As usual every party and event we begin with our anthem which we have written by ourselves. Let’s go to London and sing it.
Учащиеся надевают наушники и поют гимн гимназии, которую написали сами. На экране идет презентация с достопримечательностями Лондона.
VI. Совершенствование навыков изучающего чтения
T.: Let’s make the conclusion. Read the text “Why do people learn foreign languages?” and answer one question: Why do people learn foreign languages?
Учащиеся читают текст и отвечают на вопрос: «Почему люди изучают иностранные языки?»

Домашнее задание: сделать проектную работу по теме «Моя любимая профессия».
