Imagine, you are a young reporter. You must write an article about dogs, which are homeless in Samara. What would you advise to do so that there won't be such homeless animals running in the streets of Samara.
- They should be put into special houses for dogs.
- Every dog should have a passport. The owner of the dog should be fined if he throws the dog into the street.
