Main objective: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:
- ask and answer questions using the 1st and 2nd conditional sentences;
- discuss about present and wishes;
- discuss the holidays and anniversaries;
Linguistic points: holiday and anniversary vocabulary, conditional sentences I and II.
Cultural points: will get know to their classmates better and increase their knowledge of the customs and holiday traditions.
Language skills: speaking, writing, listening
Assumptions (I know/expect that my student are familiar with the present simple and future simple, presents and wishes vocabulary)
Challenges (I anticipate my students will have problem with understanding the differences between the 1st and 2nd conditional sentences)
Solutions (In order to avoid this problem I have planned to use Power Point Presentation)
Homework: Write what you would do if you were the President? (10-12 sentences)
