Цель: обобщение материала по теме “ Great Britain”.
Задачи:
- контроль лексических навыков;
- контроль навыков устной речи;
- совершенствование навыков чтения.
Оборудование: учебник “English 5” Верещагина И.Н., Афанасьева О.В., рабочая тетрадь, компьютер, видео проектор, раздаточный материал, доска, подготовленная презентация, картинки.
ХОД УРОКА
I. Организационный момент и речевая разминка (5 мин.)
T: Good morning, I’m very glad to see you today. And our topic for
today is Great Britain, we are going to sum up all the material about Great Britain, we
are going to read, to speak. And my first question is would you like to be a queen or a
king?
P1: Of course I want to be a king because he is very rich and he can do
anything he wants.
P2: …
T: Do you know what they usually do?
P3: They rule the country, make laws…
T: You are quite right but not all of them. And today you will get to
know what the British queen does.
II. Тренировка в чтении с общим охватом содержания (4 мин.)
T: Look at the picture, please (картинка с
изображением королевы Великобритании). Do you know who
it is?
P4: I think it is the Queen of Great Britain.
T: You are quite right. And what can you see now?
P5: It is the House of Parliament.
T: And again you are right. You will read the text about the Queen and
the Parliament and answer the question: Who rules the country in Great Britain?
Учащиеся читают текст.
P6: The head of the country is the Queen but she does not rule it, the
parliament does.
T: You are right!
III. Тренировка в чтении текста с целью детального понимания прочитанного (5 мин.)
T: Now read the text carefully and agree or disagree with the statements in your workbooks in ex. 4, p.72
Учащиеся читают текст и выполняют упражнение в рабочих тетрадях.
T: Let’s check your work. Read and correct the statements.
IV. Обобщение материала по теме “Great Britain” (19 мин.)
T: Now do you like to play?
P: Yes we do!
T: We are going to play! You should divide into two groups and simply
answer the questions (Приложение)
Учащиеся делятся на две команды и выбирают вопросы с определенной стоимостью, выигрывает та команда, которая наберет больше очков.
V. Подведение итогов (2 мин.)
T: We have worked very hard today and remembered much information about Great Britain that’s why you won’t have home task. Your marks are… you may be free.
