получила широкое распространение в различных
предметных областях, в том числе в области
изучения иностранного языка.
Данная технология позволяет решать важные
практические и образовательные задачи, повышать
заинтересованность студентов в изучении языка и
культуры и степень их эмоционального участия,
развивать творческие способности и умение
добывать знания из окружающей жизни, работать с
аутентичным материалом, воспитывать
ответственность каждого за себя и за работу всей
группы.
Задачи:
- Создать условия для обобщения темы «Праздники» с помощью проектов студентов.
- Создать условия для обобщения грамматического материала: «Косвенная речь.
- Согласование времен» с помощью грамматических таблиц и пересказа текста в косвенной речи.
- Содействовать формированию интеллектуальной, исследовательской, коммуникативной компетентности студентов.

Today we are going to discuss the topic
“Holidays”. First we’ll listen to your projects
“Holidays in Russia and English speaking countries” and discuss then.
Then we are going to listen to your stories and dialogues “My Favorite Holiday”. At
last we’ll review grammar “Sequence of Tenses”, read, discuss and retell “Chinese
New Year Story” in reported speech.

And now let’s listen to your stories and dialogues “My favorite Holiday”. Listen to
them and be ready to answer the questions:
Student 1: The are many holidays in our country, but I like New Year’s
Day. Our family prepares for this holiday beforehand. We buy a beautiful New Year’s
tree. I like to decorate it with toys, little lights and sweets. We prepare our holiday
supper and lay the table. We like to see the New Year at home. At 12 o’clock we are
sitting at the table and see the New Year in. I enjoy this holiday very much.
Student 2: What is your favourite holiday?
Student 3: I think that Victory Day is the best holiday. My grandfather
fought many heroic battles.
Student 2: Can you say this holiday is connected with pleasant people and
good moods?
Student 3: Yes, I can. By the way this year we celebrate the 65th
anniversary of our victory.
