"Мы собираемся путешествовать в Лондон"

Употребление конструкции to be going to – собираться что-то сделать.

Учебник английского языка для 5-6 классов, М.З. Биболетова, Н.Н. Трубанева.

Цели:

• Обобщить знания учащихся по теме «Путешествие».
• Употребление конструкции to be going to… (собираться что-то сделать).

Задачи:

• Развивающая: Развивать способность обобщать, делать выводы, работать в группе.
• Образовательная: Обобщить знания учащихся по теме «Употребление конструкции to be going to и лексики по теме «Мы собираемся путешествовать». Развивать умение кратко высказываться на заданную тему.
• Воспитательная: Воспитывать у учащихся познавательный интерес, расширять кругозор. Развивать умения выполнять индивидуальные и коллективные задания.

Ход урока

1. Начало урока.

Приветствие и сообщение целей.

Dear boys and girls! I am glad to see you. And  you? Sit down. Let’s start  our lesson now. Look  at the screan, please.

The topic of   our lesson:” We are going to travel”.

Today we are going to play the game. To find treasure-house we must do 5 tasks. Look at the map, please, here are 5 tasks.

Would you like to travel? OK! Let’s start. All the pupils must be very polite and active.

2. Активизация навыков устной речи.

The first task – “Introduce yourself”.

You’ll tell us about yourselves. Each team get its  cards.  Look at the screan.

Here are  the questions:

1. What are your names?
2. Are you in the fifth 5 th form? or What form are you in?
3. How old are you?
4. Where are you from? Where do you live?
5. What traits of character have you got?        
6. What are your hobbies? or What do you like to do?

You’ll have 3 minutes to prepare this task .Use the cards and make up the story about yourself.

The time is up. Have you finished? Who is ready to start?

It’s time to introduce our participants.

The second task – “Timetable”

Tell us about your timetable and your favourite subjects. Answer my questions:

1. What subjects do you study at school?
2. What are your favourite subjects? And why?

Bend right!
Sit down.

5. Закрепление грамматического материала.

The fourth task – Construction “To be going to…”

Let’s play! Listen to  the text and answer my questions.

The fifth task – “What are you going to do?”

7. Заключительный этап урока.

And, at last treasure-house. Let’s open it. Oh, It’s interesting here.

Then look at  it.

It’s London. Here are Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Tower Bridge.

We’ll see all these  places at the  English lesson next time. (Page 65)

8. Домашнее задание. 

Ex.16. page 31.

You’ll have to write this exercise at home.

9. Подведение итогов.

The time is up. Our lesson is over. Thank you for your work. All pupils have worked very hard and  have been active.
