1: Hello, my dear friends!

2: Let's begin our holiday, our Halloween party. Welcome to our spook house.

It's Halloween. It's Halloween! It's Halloween!
The moon is full and bright
And we shall see what can't be seen
On any other night:
Skeletons and ghosts ghouls,
Grinning goblins fighting duels,
Werewolves rising from their tombs,
Witches on their magic brooms.
In masks and gowns we haunt the street
And knock on doors for trick or treat.
Tonight we are the king and queen,
For oh tonight it's Halloween!

Trick or Treat.Trick or Treat,
Give us something good to eat.
Give us candy, give us cake,
Give us something sweet to take.
Give us cookies, fruit and gum,
Hurry up and give us some.
You had better do it quick
Or we'll surely play a trick.
Trick or Treat, Trick or Treat,
Give us something good to eat.

Ведущая 1 (на сцене): You can see the symbols of Наlloween.

Listen! I can hear some steps.

Ведущая l: Look! Jack O'Lantern is coming. Will you tell us a story?

Sometimes big and sometimes small,
But always round and yellow.
When children make my famous grin
Then I'm a scary fellow.

Five Little Pumpkins.

Five little pumpkins sitting on a gate.
The first one said, "Oh my, it's getting late."
The second one said, " There are witches in the air."
The third one said, "But we don't care!"
The fourth one said, "Let's run and run and run!"
The fifth one said, "I'm ready for some fun."
Ooooooo ooo went the wind and out went the light,
And the five little pumpkins rolled out of sight.

I am happy to introduce the witches of the wonderful Land of Oz. Say hello to them.

2: Hello! Don't you know that I am the greatest witch in the world?

1: I am sure you are! But I can do more.

2: Is that really so?

Hingema: I am the greatest witch here. My name is Hingema.

Stella: My name is Stella and I am the greatest fairy in the world.

Hingema: This is my country. I was the first to come here.

Stella: Let's not quarrel. This country is big enough for all of us.

Bastinda: You are wrong. I am the greatest witch in the world.

Villina: Excuse me for interrupting you but I think that it is bad to quarrel. This is my magic book. It says we must not quarrel.

Hingema: OK. Let's be friends.

Bastinda: Let's not quarrel any more.

Villina: We must be friendly.

Stella:We shall live in peace, and we'll rule over the country together.

One little, two little, three little witches,
Four little, five little, six little witches,
Seven little, eight little, nine little witches,
Ten witches in the sky!
Ten little, nine little, eight little witches,
Seven little, six little, five little witches,
Four little, three little, two little witches,
One little witch, Bye-bye!

1: Do you like the song?

2: Do you like the witches?

1: And now let’s see the play “The Wonderful Spell”. (by Irena Erokhina)

CHARACTERS: Witch (or Wizard), Mouse, Bear, Butterfly, Panther, Parrot, Bat, Ant, Snake

Scene One

The room in Witch’s house. On the table there are some bottles with stickers A, B, C, E, M on them.

Witch: Hello! I am a Witch. I am a very good Witch. Look! I have many bottles.

Bottles on the table,
Bottles on the floor,
Bottles on the shelves,
One, two, three, four…

And in the bottles there are spells. Magic spells! I can turn you into ants! So I take this bottle with “A”. I can turn you into elephants. So I take this bottle with “E”. I can turn you into monkeys. So I take this bottle with “M”. Oh, this bottle has no label. I wonder what sort of spell this is. (Knock-knock-knock) Go away! I am busy!

Mouse: Excuse me, please. I want to buy a bottle of spell.

Witch: What’s the matter?

Mouse: I’m very tired of being a mouse. Nobody likes mice. Cats catch us. It’s not a very happy life. I don’t want to be a mouse.

Witch: What do you want to be?

Mouse: I don’t know. (Looking at the bottles around him) But I think I can choose one of them.

Witch: No, you can’t. I must tidy my shelves and I am very busy. So come back tomorrow… (Mouse becomes sad and is going out) Stop! Well, you can take this one.

Mouse: Oh, thanks. But there isn’t any label on it. What will it turn me into?

Witch: That’s what you need.

Mouse: Thank you. Goodbye!

Witch: Bye!

Scene Two

Mouse’s house. He puts the bottle on the table

Mouse: Now I am going to open this bottle. But let me think! What shall I be? A butterfly, perhaps? (Butterfly comes in)

Butterfly:

Butterfly, butterfly,
Where do you fly?
So quick and so high
In the blue, blue sky?

Mouse: Yes, you are very nice. But butterflies don’t live very long. No, I wouldn’t like to be a butterfly. Well, what shall I be? A bat, perhaps? (Bat comes in)

Bat:

I am a bat, my wings are black,
I fly across the moon.
Perhaps I’ll show you how to fly
At night, it’s coming soon.

Mouse: Very well. You look like a mouse. But you are too black. And you sleep upside down. I like to sleep in my pretty bed! No, I don’t want to be a bat! So I can be…I can be…a parrot, perhaps? (Parrot comes in)

Parrot:

I am a parrot, a parrot, a parrot.
I can fly and walk-walk-walk.
I have a tongue-tongue-tongue
And I can talk-talk-talk.

Mouse: Oh, you are very nice!

Parrot: Very nice, very nice, very nice…

Mouse: You can talk!

Parrot: Can talk, can talk, can talk…

Mouse: But you talk too much!

Parrot: Too much, too much, too much…

Mouse: No, I don’t want to be a parrot. So what shall I be? Oh, yes, I want to be a bear! (Bear comes in)

Bear:

I am a strong bear.
I can walk and run.
I like honey
And a lot of fun.

Mouse: Oh, you are so strong and so big! But you can’t live in my little house. And I love my pretty house very much. Yes, I am sure I don’t want to be a bear! I want to be…I want to be…an ant, perhaps? (Ant comes in)

Ant:

Hello, I am an ant. And this is a story about ants:
Two little ants jumping on the bed
One fell off and bumped his head.
Mama called the doctor, and the doctor said:
“No more little ants jumping on that bed!”.

Mouse: Yes, you are nice. But you usually live in the forest. But I like to live in the house. No, thanks, I don’t want to die an ant! Well, maybe – a panther? (Panther comes in)

Panther:

My paws are black and strong,
My tail is very long,
I am fine and quick
And I am very big.

Mouse: You are beautiful and energetic. But you look like a cat. And cats catch mice. It’s terrible! I don’t want to be a panther! Maybe…a snake? (Snake comes in)

Snake:

My skin is blue,
My skin is bright,
I like to hiss
And walk all night!

Mouse: You are nice. But snakes eat mice! It’s terrible! I don’t want to be a snake! Well, what can I do? Let me think… Every animal has many problems. Do you have problems?

All animals: Yes, we do.

Mouse: And to be a mouse is not so bad.

All animals: Not so bad!

Mouse: Now I know what to do. (Takes the bottle. All go out)

Scene Three

Witch’s house

Mouse: Good evening!

Witch: Evening! Has my spell changed you?

Mouse:

Yes, it’s changed me. Yesterday I was…
Yesterday I was a very unhappy mouse
Today I am, today I am a very happy mouse.
I love my friends, I like my house,
I like to be a mouse!

Witch: Great! Now I see that I am a real witch! I am happy!

Mouse: I am happy!

All: We are happy!

If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands”.

If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands
If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands
If you’re happy and you know it
And you really want to show it
If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands
If you’re happy and you know it, snap your fingers
If you’re happy and you know it, snap your fingers
If you’re happy and you know it
And you really want to show it
If you’re happy and you know it, snap your fingers
If you’re happy and you know it, stamp your feet
If you’re happy and you know it, stamp your feet
If you’re happy and you know it
And you really want to show it
If you’re happy and you know it, stamp your feet
If you’re happy and you know it, say OK
If you’re happy and you know it, say OK
If you’re happy and you know it
And you really want to show it
If you’re happy and you know it, say OK
If you’re happy and you know it, do all four
If you’re happy and you know it, do all four
If you’re happy and you know it
And you really want to show it
If you’re happy and you know it, do all four
