Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love

P1. Love! Many men of letters, composers, artists devoted their masterpieces to it. What kind of love did they try to describe?

1. Love of a special person.
2. Love of family.
3. Love of country.
4. Love of humanity.
P1. So you see, there are many kinds of love. Love is the strongest and the most universal feeling of the people of all times, and I think poetry is the most suitable mean of its expressiveness.
P2. Shakespeare, Byron, Pasternak, Shelly, Robert burns and many other poets tried to sing love in their works.

P1. We’ve remembered some poems, plays about love. But don’t forget that love is a constant theme of music.

P2. We hope you’ve recognized the world-known song sung by the Beatles. This group was popular in 60s, 70s and many songs were devoted to love.
P3. The influence of the Beatles was especially strong. Lennon and McCartney’s songs were increasingly sophisticated and lyrical. No wonder that today we remember this group and sing their songs. And today we can’t but remember their songs.

P4. love is a very great thing. It may be the biggest feeling on the Earth. It gives us the power to live, to love and to be loved. Many films are based on the feelings of two loving hearts.
P5. I believe that nowadays love is the same as in old times. Love is the most important thing in our modern life.
