ЦЕЛЬ УРОКА: Развитие навыков диалогической и монологической речи.
ЗАДАЧИ:
- Повышение интереса к изучению английского языка.
- Активизация лексики по теме: «Здоровый образ жизни».
- Осознание значения здорового образа жизни.
ХОД УРОКА
1. РЕЧЕВАЯ ЗАРЯДКА. ОПИСАНИЕ КАРТИНОК ПО ТЕМЕ: «СПОРТ».
T. Are you as fit as you could be? Most of us know that we should get more exercise, go to the swimming pool and sauna, eat healthy food, spend a lot of time outdoors. This lesson we are going to speak about healthy way of life.
T: Many people enjoy training in a gym, taking exercise classes, or doing exercises at home. They believe that physical fitness is important. Look at the pictures and say what you think keeps these people fit and healthy. Ex.15, p.45 (смотри презентацию – Приложение 1).

2. РАЗВИТИЕ НАВЫКОВ МОНОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ РЕЧИ.
T: There are plenty of gyms and sports centers in the place where you live. Now I want you to answer the following questions. Ex.18, p. 45(смотри презентацию).
- Do you think it is an advantage to have a tennis court, a swimming pool and a large gym at school?
- What are the advantages of having a sports сenter near your house or school?
- Are there reasons which prevent you from playing sports or devoting your free time to active leisure and hobbies? What are they?
3. РАЗВИТИЕ НАВЫКОВ ДИАЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ РЕЧИ.
T: All kinds of physical exercises are very useful to make our bodies stronger and to keep ourselves fit and healthy. To tell the truth I don’t go in for sports regularly and it is not an essential part of my daily life. Imagine the situation that you and your friend haven’t done much exercise recently. You’re both feeling unhealthy and want to get fit. You’re discussing what to do.
You can:
- join a gym
- exercise at home
- go jogging/running
- take up tennis
- go swimming
Remember to discuss all the options, give good reasons and come to an agreement.
4. СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАТЬ НАВЫКИ МОНОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ РЕЧИ. ОПИСАНИЕ КАРТИНОК ПО ТЕМЕ: «ЗДОРОВАЯ ЕДА»
T: Health is very important. But for most people, “you don’t know you’ve got it until you’ve lost it”. To be fit we should do regular exercise and have meals at regular hours. It is very important to have a good diet. Especially when you are young, you need to eat the right things to build strong bones. Once upon a time, eating was simple. People ate when they were hungry and stopped when they were full. Now food comes in boxes and cans. In my opinion such food causes a lot of health problems. Look at the pictures, try to describe them and say how healthy each of these dishes is. (смотри презентацию)

T. In conclusion let’s sum up what the best ways to stay fit and healthy are.
P1: It’s very important for my health first of all because keeping fit helps me to stay active and I feel more like doing things.
P2: It’s very important for my appearance also because we look greater if we are fit and I don’t have so much weight.
P3: First of all we should take up sports like tennis or basketball. We should follow a balanced diet in order to keep healthy.
P4: It’s really important first of all for my health and secondly for my appearance, because if we exercise and have a balanced diet it will be beneficial for my future and my appearance because everyone likes seeing people who have beautiful bodies.
