Тип урока: Урок закрепления и совершенствования знаний, умений и навыков.

Цель урока:

  1. Повторить и закрепить изученный лексический и грамматический материал.
  2. Развивать навыки аудирования, монологическую речь.
  3. Воспитывать потребность в практическом использовании языка.

Ход урока

1. Организационный момент.

T: Good morning, children. How are you?

P: Good morning. We are fine, thanks, and you?

T: I'm fine, too. First of all, let's guess what the theme of our lesson is. Take the card and solve the puzzle. I'll name the peaces of clothes and the number of the letter.

  1. Туфли - the first letter (shoes)
  2. Свитер - the third letter (sweater)
  3. Шляпа - the second letter (hat)
  4. Шорты - the first letter (shorts)
  5. Ботинки - the second letter (boots)
  6. Джинсы - the fourth letter (jeans)
  7. Юбка - the first letter (skirt)

T: What is the theme of our lesson?

P: Seasons. Приложение1(слайд №1)

Повторение лексики: winter, spring, summer, autumn.

(слайды №2-5).

T: Let's repeat the poem "Seasons" (слайд №6)

Autumn is yellow,
Winter is white,
Spring is green,
Summer is bright.

Несколько учащихся рассказывают стихотворение наизусть.

4. Беседа о временах года.

- How many seasons are there in a year?

- Is it usually cold in winter?

- Is it usually warm in spring?

- Is it usually hot or cold in summer?

- Do you agree that autumn is yellow (winter is white, spring is green)? Why?

- What do you like to do in winter (summer)?

- What season comes after spring?

- What season is it now?

- Is it cold or warm?

T: Look at the board and agree or disagree with the sentences.

T: The next task is to complete the sentences (слайд № 8-9).

T: Now let's compare the seasons. Look at the model: It is warmer in spring than in winter. (слайд №10)

Развитие навыка аудирования.

T: Now let's listen to some short stories about different seasons. Listen very attentively and guess what season it is. (Заранее подготовленные ученики рассказывают о временах года.)

P1: I come between spring and autumn. I am the hottest season of the year. I am very beautiful. I am green, bright, hot. I am warmer than spring. Children like me very much.

P2: I come after autumn. I am the coldest season of the year. I am white, because everywhere there is a lot of snow. Children can ski, skate, play hockey and snowballs.

P3: I come between winter and summer. I am warmer than winter. The trees become green. People celebrate women's day.

P4: I come after summer, before winter. I am bright. The trees and grass become yellow, red and brown. It often rains. People can eat lot of fruit and vegetables.

6. T: English people like to speak about weather very much. Let's speak today about weather too. What will you wear if the weather is bad (fine, cold, warm)? (слайды 11, 12)

7. T: Now, children, let's listen to the dialogue. Try to understand it and then you will make you own dialogues. (аудиозапись диалога)

- I say, Jim, how's the weather today?

- It's terribly hot!

- Then Bob will wear a white shirt and his blue shorts today.

- That's right.

Ученики составляют свои диалоги, заменяя выделенные слова (слайд №13).

8. T: Soon it'll be summer. Let's play, children. Imagine that you'll go to the best summer camp in Russia and I'll be its head. Ask me, please, about the life in the camp. (слайд №14, 15)

9. T: Now let's speak about your favourite seasons. (слайд №16)

- What is your favourite season? (монологические высказывания учеников)

10. T: Let's do another puzzle. Take the table and find out the words on the theme "Seasons", put them down into your exercise-books. (season, winter, spring, summer, autumn, warm, cold)
