Цель урока:

  • формирование речевых умений – вести обсуждение в рамках темы;
  • развитие познавательной деятельности учащихся и расширение кругозора;
  • продолжить формирование интереса учащихся к научно-популярному тексту;
  • знакомство учащихся с правилами санитарной культуры.

Развивающий компонент цели урока:

  • развивать навыки изучающего чтения;
  • целенаправленный анализ содержания читаемого с опорой на языковые и логические связи текста;
  • развивать информационно-коммуникативную компетенцию.

Образовательный компонент:

  • обучение познавательной деятельности с использованием иноязычного текста;
  • расширять знания об окружающем мире, человеке, посредством английского языка; развивать опыт учащихся.

Воспитательный компонент:

  • создание условий для воспитания потребности в практическом использовании языка в различных сферах деятельности;
  • стимулировать интерес учащихся к собственному языку;

Формировать у учащихся умения межличностного коммуникативного общения на основе знаний по теме.

Практический компонент цели урока:

  • практическое применение речевых умений на уровне понимания звучащей речи;
  • участие в беседе согласно ситуации;
  • осуществление общения только на английском языке;
  • знание о роли английского языка и научно-популярного текста в жизни современного человека.

Тип урока:

Комбинированный (многоцелевой), урок развития умений изучающего чтения и развития навыков монологической речи.

  • репродуктивно-продуктивный метод

I. Организационный момент. Создание атмосферы иноязычного общения.

T: Good morning, girls. Nice to see you.
P: Good afternoon teacher.
T: How are you?
P: we are fine.
T: Are you happy to see each other?
P: Yes, we are.
T: Are you ready to start working?
P: Yes, we are.
Let’s begin working.

II. Warm up:

Today we are at the Smile Club meeting. You are the members of our club. Our theme is: Join the Smile Club. Let’s speak about healthy teeth.

When you take a photo, everyone says, “Say cheese, please! Smile! So do you – you open your mouth and your teeth. When you see the picture, you see a happy person looking at you.”

Phonetics:

Say, please, “cheese”. Smile and say. Look at the blackboard. These words have the same sound. What soud&

T: Good. Thank you. Put a line under the long sound.

Cheese meat sweet meal week beans clean teeth

Now you say the words. Make up sentences with these words^

Ex.

I like cheese and meat.
I like to eat sweets.
I like to clean my teeth.

III. Актуализация знаний, полученных на предыдущем уроке.

Do you remember what should you do to have healthy teeth?

Write, please, the Smile Club rules in these cards. Write your name, draw your face and write the rules. (Выполняется проверка домашнего задания. Активизируется лексика по пройденной теме и глаголы “should”, “shouldn’t”).

Написали, прочитали по предложению по очереди, проверили. (Контроль написания и употребления слов “should”, “shouldn’t”, развитие здоровьесберегающих технологий).

Сверили с контрольным образцом на доске. (Check your rules)

T: Do you clean your teeth after breakfast, dinner and supper?
P: Yes, I do.

Ситуативная обусловленность.

IV. Speaking.

What do you have for breakfast? Look and tell your neighbour. (дидактические материалы)

Ex. For breakfast, I have an egg (some juice, some milk)

Answer my questions:

- What is good for your teeth?
- What is bad for your teeth?

V. New language.

Much; many; good for / back for

Now look at the questionnaire. “Which foods are good for your teeth?”

Pair work. Ask and answer as in the example.

VI. Listening.

We take care of our books, that’s why we’ll write on the cards. (раздать копии).

Listen and put “v” or “x” next to each picture.

VII. Grammar. “much”, “many”.

All nouns are divided into two groups: countable and uncountable. (ваза с яблоками, кофе).

Put the pictures fruit and vegetables into two columns “much”, “many”. (Работа у доски).

VIII. Let’s play a little.

Look through the text “Care of your teeth”– What is it about?

P 1: This text is about teeth….

Good. Read the first passage to yourselves and answer my questions:

  1. When do you look happier? – The healthier these teeth are the happier you look.
  2. What do you say when you take a picture?

Read the second passage to yourselves. Answer, please, my question.

  1. What do the teeth help you to do?
  2. The healthier those teeth are, the happier you look.
  3. When you get your picture taken, everybody says: “Say cheese, smile!”
  4. The teeth help you chew the right foods to help you grow.
  5. They help you speak clearly.
  6. They help you look your best.
