Мною был разработан практикум «Sing and learn English», включающий в себя песни английских и американских исполнителей 70–90-ых годов XX века и последние музыкальные новинки. С помощью разработанных заданий в данном практикуме учащиеся могут усовершенствовать навыки произношения, достичь точности в артикуляции, ритмике и интонации, углубить знания по английскому языку, обогатить словарный запас, развить навыки и умения аудирования, чтения и говорения.
Предлагается следующий алгоритм работы над песней:
- Прослушайте песню.
- Выполните задание 1. Можно пользоваться словарем.
- Прослушайте песню еще раз, проверьте, правильно ли вы выполнили задание 1.
- Выполните последующие задания, направленные на тренировку лексического, грамматического материала, на отработку навыков произношения.
- Переведите текст песни.
- Спойте с исполнителем.
- Обсудите содержание, выполнив задание, направленное на развитие навыков свободного говорения.
В качестве домашнего задания студентам предлагается подготовить доклад об исполнителе.
На следующем уроке целесообразно дать задание студентам собрать текст песни, отработанной на предыдущем уроке, разрезанный по 2–3 строки, и повторить исполнение песни в качестве релаксации в конце урока.
