Тип урока: Закрепление ЗУН с использованием ИКТ.
Цели урока:
- образовательная: обучение говорению по теме;
- развивающая: совершенствование лексических навыков по теме и техники чтения вслух;
- воспитательная: воспитание цивилизованной личности, общения.
Задачи урока:
- проконтролировать умение учащихся делать сообщение по теме с использованием ИКТ;
- развивать умение работать по схеме;
- формировать выражение мнения по тексту.
Оборудование:
- компьютер,
- портреты политиков на слайдах,
- доска,
- материал учебника для 10-11 класса. Английский язык В.П. Кузовлев и др., М. “Просвещение”, 2005 г.,
- материал газет, интернета,
- карточки со словами.
Ход урока
I. Орг. момент
Good morning, boys and girls!
I am glad to see you. I hope, you are fine today. Today 's lesson is about politicians. Is everything clear? OK let’s start our lesson.
II. Фонетическая зарядка
Dear friends, do you remember all English sounds? Look at the blackboard, please. I offer you the sounds and the words to help you to speak about politicians. Let’s read them and translate.
[t] – state, political, politician, minister, elect, constitution
[r] – democracy, democratic, Prime-minister, country, president, republic, Russian Federation.
[w] – work, power, branch of power.

Answer the questions:
1) What country do you live in?
2) Is Russia a monarchy or a Republic?
3) Who is the head of State in Russia?
4) Who elects the President?
5) The date of the Russian presidential election is fixed by law every four years, isn’t it?
6) What famous politicians of Russia do you know?
7) Have you ever watched TV programme about them?
8) Would you like to become a politician? Why?
9) What kind of people can succeed in politics?
IV. Обучение говорению
1. Вступительное слово учителя:
Dear friends? We live in the Russian Federation which adopted its Constitution in 1993. Do you know what political system Russia belongs to?
2. Обучающие упражнения для совершенствования навыков говорения с использованием ИКТ:
а) Обучение монологической речи на базе текста “What Political System Does Russia Belong To”? (стр. 341, слабая группа пользуется схемой стр. 48).
Now P1 will tell us about political system in Russia using the scheme.

1) The R.F. (Russia) is a parliamentary democracy with a constitutional monarch.
2) The monarch is the head of state in Russia.
3) The president is elected directly by the people.
4) The Federal Assembly is made of the 2 houses: the Federation Council and the Duma.
5) Duma makes laws.
6) The Federal Assembly represents the executive branch of power.
7) The Federal Government represents the executive branch of power.
8) The Supreme Court represents the judicial branch of power.
9) The Constitutional Court has the right to declare actions of the President.

Цель: формирование умений и навыков лексико- грамматического оформления речевых высказываний в диалогической речи.
Now let’s play. The 1st game is called “An important guest”. Imagine that we are waiting for a famous politician. Один из учеников (политик) выходит к доске, здоровается и отвечает на вопросы.
