Применение элементов театрализации на уроках иностранного языка способствует превращению учебной деятельности в творческий процесс, направленный на усвоение материала посредством игры, художественных образов. Именно здесь наиболее полно может быть выражена индивидуальность ученика, раскрыты его творческие способности при целенаправленной работе с приобретением учениками коммуникативной компетенции, включающих все виды речевых навыков (начиная с аудирования - прослушивания произведения, заканчивая умениями диалогической и монологической речи). Условное искусство театра решает сложную задачу моделирования ситуаций реального человеческого общения. Именно здесь формируется языковая среда, в которой ребенок использует приобретенные навыки и умения. Речь персонажа «от третьего лица», таким образом, становится буфером, помогающим преодолеть говорящему языковой барьер.

В процессе театральной деятельности совершенствуются:

  • интонационные, грамматические и лексические навыки;
  • использование и отработка речевых фраз и клише в различных ситуациях;
  • умение аудирования;

Театральная деятельность, будучи ориентированной на потребности и мотивы ребенка, позволяет решать многие проблемы воспитания детей, так называемых групп риска (с нетипичным поведением): излишне застенчивых, агрессивных, социально неуверенных и т.д. В ролевой игре происходит существенная перестройка поведения ученика - оно становится произвольным. Это значит, что в ролевой игре ученик не чувствует той напряженности, которую он может ощущать при обычном ответе, он более раскрепощен и свободен.

Уже на протяжении нескольких лет, делая постановки на английском языке, я убеждаюсь, что театрализация на уроках иностранного языка является одним из самых лучших методов преподавания иностранного языка в начальной школе. Данная работа представляет собой сценарий внеклассного мероприятия на английском языке "В городе сказок", состоящего из 3 постановок по сказкам "Репка", "Волк и семеро козлят" и "Дюймовочка", дополненными песнями на английском языке.

Целью данного мероприятия является обеспечение эстетического и интеллектуального развития учащихся, развить навыки говорения на иностранном языке и преодоление языкового барьера в общении.

Соответственно, задачами данной разработки являются:

  • развитие устной речи учащихся;
  • совершенствование грамматического строя монологической и диалогической речи школьника, эффективного общения и речевой выразительности;
  • развитие творческих способностей учащихся;
  • расширение словарного запаса;
  • развитие памяти, мышления, внимания и воображения учащихся;
  • повышение мотивации к изучению иностранного (английского) языка.

В этот прекрасный весенний день мы приготовили для вас подарок! Приглашаем вас в увлекательное путешествие в сказочный город! Но оно будет необычным: мы не только вспомним наших любимых сказочных героев, но и попадём в интересный мир английского языка, и увидим знакомые сюжеты в оригинальном исполнении. Ну что, готовы к нашему путешествию? Тогда начинаем!

На улице народных сказок
Всегда красиво и светло,
Там веет радостью, заботой,
Теплом, уроком и трудом!
Так забежим скорее к деду
Отведать вкусных овощей,
А за одно мы вспомним к лету

Историю его одну…

The Turnip (Репка)

Выход каждого действующего лица на сцену осуществляется с музыкальным сопровождением.

Narrator: Once upon a time, there lived an old man and an old woman. They lived in the village. Everybody knew them because the grandfather was the most famous gardener all over the region. He grew the best fruit in the village. His plums were very juicy in his orchard. His grapes were very ripe. His strawberries were the most beautiful and sweet as sugar. His cherries were always sweet too. The Grandfather was the only man in the village who had lemons in his orchard. The Grandfather was very proud of his orchard.

Narrator: But one day he decided to start growing vegetables. And he goes to the kitchen-garden and plants a turnip.

Grandfather: Oh, what a big turnip we have in our kitchen-garden. I want to pull it out.
N.: Pulls the turnip.
Grandfather: One, two, three! It is too big for me.
N.: Calls the Grandmother.
Grandfather: Granny, come here! Help me, please!
N.: The Grandmother is very bright spark. She likes to sing and dance. She never looks sad.

Grandmother:

How's the weather?
How's the weather?
How's the weather today?
Is it sunny? Is it rainy?
Is it windy? Is it snowy?
"It's sunny." "Let's go outside!"
What's the matter?

Grandfather: Help me, please!
Grandmother: All right, Grandfather.
N.: Grandmother by Grandfather, Grandfather by the turnip. Pull the turnip.
Grf. And Grm.: One, two, three!.. One, two, three!
N.: No result.
Grf. Grm.: Oh, it's too big for us!
N.: Grandmother calls the Granddaughter.
They have a Granddaughter, Kate by name. She is a very kind girl, she always helps her Grandparents.

Granddaughter: (with skipping-rope):
Over my head and under my toes,
That's the way my skipping-rope goes,
I can skip slowly, I can skip fast,
Look, my rope is whirling fast.
I can count and you? Let's count with me! I skip one. (зрители считают вместе с ней). I skip two…I skip three…I skip four…I skip five…I skip six…I skip seven…I skip eight…I skip nine…I skip ten. All right.
Grandmother: Granddaughter, Granddaughter, come here, help us, please!
Granddaughter: All right, Granny. I'm coming.
N.: Granddaughter by Grandmother, Grandmother by Grandfather, Grandfather by the Turnip. Pull the turnip.
Grf. Grm. Grd.: One, two, three!.. One, two, three!
N.: No result.
Grf. Grm. Grd.: Oh, it's too big for us!
N.: Granddaughter calls the dog.
Grd.: Dog, Dog, come here, help us, please!
N.: They also have a dog. He is a very clever dog. He guards the house and his master.

DOG:
I am a dog, my name is Jack.
My nose is nice, my coat is black.
What's the matter?
Granddaughter: Jack, Jack, help us, please!
Dog: All right, Granddaughter.
N.: Dog by Granddaughter, Granddaughter by Grandmother, Grandmother by Grandfather, Grandfather by the Turnip. Pull the turnip.
Together: One, two, three!... One, two, three!
N.: No result.
Together: Oh, it's too big for us!
N.: And they have a cat, Murka by name. She is a very good mother for her kittens. She takes care of them and plays with them.

Cat: Kittens, come here! (считает котят. Одного не хватает. Собака находит и приводит его. Танец котят. Затем все котята встают в ряд. Кошка играет с ними.)
Cat:
Hands up,
Hands down,
Hands on hips,
Sit down.
Nick and Andy,
Sugar and candy,
I say stand up!
Thanks, sit down!

I say run around
Dog: Cat, Cat, help us, please!
Cat: Sorry, kittens, I'm busy. Run away.

Mouse:
I am a mouse,
You are a cat;

You catch me!
Cat: No, I don't. Help us, please!
Mouse: What's the matter?
Cat: This turnip is very big for us, we can't pull it out!
Mouse: OK.
Together: One, two, three! One, two, three!
Turnip: Here I am!
All together: Oh! What a big turnip we have!

THE WOLF AND THE SEVEN LITTLE KIDS
NARRATOR: There was once a goat who had seven little kids. One day she wanted to go into the woods to get food for her kids, so she told them.
MOTHER GOAT: Dear children, I am going into the woods. Do not open the door. If the old wolf comes, he will eat you all up. You can recognize him by his rough voice and his black feet.
GOAT 1: Dear mother, we will be very careful not to let the old wolf in.
GOAT 2: ;Don`t worry about us.
GOAT 3: ;We will be safe.
NARRATOR: So the old goat went on her way into the dark woods. She had not gone long when there came a loud knock at the door, and a voice said.

WOLF: Open the door, my dear children. I have something for each of you.
GOAT 4: We will not open the door.
GOAT 5: Our mother's voice is soft and gentle.
GOAT 6: Your voice is rough. You are a wolf.
NARRATOR: The old wolf ran away to a shop, where he ate a piece of white chalk to make his voice soft. Then he went back to the goat's hut and knocked at the door.

WOLF: Open the door to me, my dear children. I am your mother.
GOAT 7: ;If you are our mother, put your foot on the window, so that we can see it.

NARRATOR: When the wolf did this, all the little goats said.
GOAT 1: No, you are not our mother.
GOAT 2: ;We will not open the door.
GOAT 3: ;Our mother's feet are white and your feet are black.
GOAT 4: Go away; you are the wolf.
NARRATOR: Then the wolf went to the miller's, and said.

WOLF: Mr. Miller, put some flour on my foot, I hurt myself.
NARRATOR: The miller was so afraid of the wolf that he did as he told. Then the wicked wolf went to the goat's house again and said.

WOLF: Open the door, dear children, I am your mother.
GOAT 5: ;Show us your foot.

NARRATOR: So the wolf put his white foot on the window. When the little kids saw that it was white, they thought this was really their mother.
GOAT 6: Come in, mother.
GOAT 7: You are welcome to our hut!
NARRATOR: The ugly old wolf entered and all the little kids ran to hide themselves.

GOAT 1: I will hide under the table!
GOAT 2: I am going to sit under the bed!
GOAT 3: I´ll get inside the oven!
GOAT 4: I`ll run to the kitchen!
GOAT 5: I will hide in the cupboard!
GOAT 6: I´ll be under the washtub!
GOAT 7: I will hide in the tall clock!

NARRATOR: The wolf quickly found and ate them all, except the youngest, who was in the clock. Then the wolf went out and lay down on the green grass. Soon he was fast asleep. Then the mother goat came home from the woods.

MOTHER GOAT: Oh, the door is open! What happened here?
NARRATOR: The tables and chairs were not in their place. The washtub was broken, and the bed was tipped over.
MOTHER GOAT: Where are my dear children?
GOAT 7: Dear mother, I´m here, in the tall clock.
NARRATOR: The mother goat helped the little goat out. Soon she found out how the wolf had eaten her dear children. Then she went out of the hut, and there on the grass the wolf was asleep. As the goat looked at the wicked old wolf, she thought she saw something jumping inside of him.
MOTHER GOAT: Ah, may be my poor children are still alive.

10.Плач козы

NARRATOR: So she sent the little kid into the house for a pair of scissors and a needle and some thread. She quickly cut a hole in the side of the wicked old wolf. Then one of the kids stuck out his head. Then another one popped out, until the all six jumped out the grass.
GOAT 1: Mother!
GOAT 2: Mother!
GOAT 3: ;We are fine.
MOTHER GOAT: Go and bring me some large stones from the brook.
GOAT 4: Yes, mother.
GOAT 5: ;Let`s hurry up.

11.Метания козы

NARRATOR: The seven little kids ran off to the brook and soon came back with seven large stones. They put these stones inside the wicked old wolf.
MOTHER GOAT: I´ll sew the wolf so he won`t wake up.
NARRATOR: When at last the wicked wolf woke up, the great stones inside him made him feel very heavy.
WOLF: Oh, I feel so heavy, and thirsty.
NARRATOR: So he walked down to the brook to drink some water.
WOLF: Ah, I feel better now.
NARRATOR: But as soon as he finished drinking, the stones which were very heavy, made him fell into the deep water, and he was drowned.
