Новый год и Рождество - одни из самых любимых детских праздников.
Этот праздник, посвященный рождеству, можно проводить с ребятами младшего школьного возраста.
Проводя данный праздник, добиваюсь расширения кругозора учащихся об англоязычных странах с помощью английского языка, развиваю готовность воспринимать культуру англоязычных стран.
Цель: поддержание интереса к изучению традиций страны изучаемого языка
Задачи: обобщение изученного материала по теме "Праздники", актуализация лексических и фонетических навыков.
Оборудование: картинки "Рождество", "Зима", атрибуты данного праздника (снежинки, свечи, елочные украшения, карточки для игр, снежинки, снежки из ваты.
Ход мероприятия
Ведущий 1: Good morning, dear friends! I am glad to see you here. Today we get together to speak about the great holidays of the Englishmen, one of them is Christmas.
Ведущий 2: Let`s begin our English party. It is about friendship, winter, Christmas.
Ведущий 1: Now I tell you some words about this Holiday. In the weeks before Christmas people are busy. They make Christmas cards and send them to their friends, grandparents and relatives. Also they buy Christmas presents. In the families and at homes people decorate Christmas tree with toys and lights.
Ведущий 2: In the evenings on this holiday the Englishmen like to eat the holiday dinner - the traditional Christmas meal is roast turkey and Christmas pudding.
Ведущий 1: I know that Christmas is the most important festival of the year, more important than New Year. Now let`s sing songs and listen to the poems about winter and Christmas. Дети рассказывают стихи и поют песни о зиме, рождестве.
